I was shopping here today, Telstra is terrible and nothing was working for me - The staff were more than patient, helpful and the lovely girl didn't stop smiling even though I was quite frustrated at Telstra reception haha. The moment we walked in we were greeted by a wonderful girl who asked if we needed any help and offered us service to check out the roller skates. Thank you so much guys, You are awesome ! Keep up the great customer service and great work !!!! :)

Went to buy some shoes and found most of the staff very unhelpful and rude.Was not offered socks to try the shoes, then after I decide to purchase them the store attendant asks if I would like to purchase matching socks... No, Stephanie, beck, whatever your name is, if you offered me some to try on I might have considered it.I then go to the checkout to be ignored by the 3 store attendants chatting, I got signed up to a newsletter/marketing scheme with my email to send “a receipt” and refused to print one out.No wonder no one else was in the store.
