Don't let nrma send your vehicle here. The worst service, the guy who answer the phone is rude, constantly delay and careless.The picture shows they forgot to remove the tape in the fuel cap and the fuel cap was jamed! Had to call road side assistant to open it! Waste my whole night! Also there are two dents from installing assesories.

Absolutely superb every tiny flaw, bump and scratch was presented back to me in showroom condition. It felt like I just bought a new car. Polite and courteous and coupled with the NRMA was always sending me progress reports till the jib was finished.

Outstanding customer service, superb communication, and a very fair price.I was very impressed by the calm efficiency of the entire team.They walked me through the repair process, gave me an estimated timeframe for repair, and kept in touch every three days via SMS until the job was complete.The finished product was absolutely flawless, and their attention to detail far surpassed my expectations.

I had a quarter panel that was all bent up and needed replacing in my corolla. 3 other panel beaters in the area glanced at my car and quote me $1200-1500 to replace/repair it.Epsom smash repairs was my 4th stop and I was expecting the same treatment until I spoke to Dan.Dan ran me through the process of what would be involved in removing, spraying, and replacing the panel/badges, and gave me a detailed quote that was $400 less than all the guys I went to previously (final quote was $800).I'm stoked with the quality of the repair job, the price, the level of detail they put into their customer service, and the turnaround was faster than expected.Hopefully my car will remain dent free but I know if I ever need a repair again I'll be heading to these guys.Can't recommend them enough!

I went to smash repair at 29-31 Collins St, Alexandria NSW 2015 to pick up my car this afternoon. I found there is a new scratch mark on the left side of the back door. I took photo of it and straightly went to the office and talked to one of the staffs there about the new scratch and asked them to bring up the inspection photos from computer and checked photos with the staffs together. We found that there wasn't any mark on the spot on the day when I dropped off the car. However the staffs denied about that and they brought up the condition document which has the condition graph of the car . They told me that there was a mark on the spot in the document when I signed my name on the dropping off day. I replied that how did I know whether the mark on the sheet was added later after my signature or not. In addition they didn't give me a copy of the condition sheet on the dropping off day. There wasn't any mark on the spot in the photo. The photos and video never make mistake so I suggested them to bring up the camera record of the exactly time when I dropped off my car, that would be the most convincing evidence to check whether there was a mark or not, but they refused to do that. After all, I refused to pick up the car before this dispute is sorted out.

The family have had several repairs done here and have been (sadly!) repeat customers, because they do a good job. Had I taken notice of some of the reviews here, I would have stayed away but our experiences have been positive, such that I asked NRMA to authorise recent repair there. This was completed a day ahead of schedule, after efficient assessment and booking in, and good communication/updates, plus advice that the repair would cost enough to make it worth while completing a claim for it. They even repaired an unrelated problem for me with trim, and as no parts were needed, did this at no charge, even though I was prepared to pay for it. I hope I don't have to return, but if we do need smash repairs again, I will be happy to book in here again.Update - a year later from this review, & this time a very minor repair, but done so obligingly. Thanks Daniel. These guys are worth going to. Certainly remain my first choice of repairer.

The insurance company sent me to their repairer, which is Epsom Smash Repairs. great service, quality job. they have advised 5 days for the job and finished on time. Harry and the team have provided 5 star service. the car came back as new. will defiantly recommend to go there.

Fantastic repair job on my Subaru and my car looked cleaner than when I purchased it.Victoria, the office manager was so efficient and Daniel explained the process and I loved the way I was contacted every few days by SMS to keep me in the loop.Taxi service was efficient, NRMA supplied vouchers.

Would never recommend this business i had no choice of my car being sent here as it was through an insurance accessor i received my car back with the interior filthy with parts missing and a broken (year and a half old) speaker which they removed. Interior clip cover also missing after taking it back to be looked at i was told the speaker had not been fitted back in and was full of dust and pressing against the metal mesh the problem continued i was told they would have someone look at it arranged by them when ringing back to find a suitable date i spoke to ken who has no clue what hes talking about then tried to shift the blame back onto me in a rude and unprofessional manner the only person who was helpful is the girl who works at reception , avoid sending your car to these cowboys at any cost if id seen all the previous horror stories id have requested a different repairer from insurance unfortunately it was only once the car had been repaired i was informed where it was taken... hopeless

No complaints, car came back looking like brand new.
