North Narrabeen Veterinary Hospital

On 4/07/22 we booked our 2 dogs into be boarded for 5 days @$50 per day for Jan 23. Mid Sept we rang requesting a refund because we cancelled our trip due to a serious accident requiring long term hospitalisation & ongoing treatment. To say the staff were unco-operative is being kind. Many telephone calls & non returned promised calls and 4 months notice & genuine reason for cancelling from us. After telling us all that they couldn’t do, they finally agreed to send a cheque which had taken 4 1/2 weeks and has $60 deducted for administration fees????Chq dated a week ago. Accompanied by a letter if we don’t agree perhaps we can contact our solicitor. How can a business run so ineffectually? Hang up on you, blame the Office Manager, blame the book keeper, not return calls & just tell untruths. We are/were their customers too.

Haven't had any issues here. Been two or three times, mainly for advice. Good vet nurse, knows her stuff

Get past the not quite pristine and follow up conditions people. The expertise to treat my dog's complex heart and lung issues is first class. There was follow up too from the nurse (terminology ?)My dog's regular Vet is further north, but I tried this Vet for a second opinion. The Vet is knowledgeable and the treatment he has prescribed for my dog has made a difference inside 2 weeks. My dog couldn't walk up a hill without literally falling over, and is now doing much, much better.The Vet has a qualification from UC Davis, that is a very good Uni. I am going back for the annual shots etc. I have had a really good experience.

I took my blue heeler Matilda in to clean out her anal gland. Dr Kalil was very kind to Matilda and saw her straight away as she also needed the gland lancing. He was very efficient and suggested that he gave her a sedative. The procedure was done very well and Matilda is now fully recovered. Kylie is a very nice nurse who is working with Dr Kalil. I would recommend this vet.

Deplorable conditions for pets, the staff should be ashamed of themselves

Absolutely disgusting.

Just went there for my dogs 9:30am appointment and it was closed! Didn’t receive a call from them and not an apology when I called up to see what was going on. They clearly couldn’t care at all about customer service.
