If you're black. DO NOT CALL THIS POLICE STATION. They will racially profile you. I wish I got the name of the officers. One Blonde white woman and One tall dark haired blue eyed police officer. RACIST. Better off calling city police station save yourself the trouble

Waited for over 2 hours and had to visit the station twice in one day and im PREGNANT to report an incident and threats ive been receiving.Extremely long wait and its very inconsiderate of peoples situation and conditions.You call 000 its not an emergency you attend a police station and wait for 4 hours to protect yourself and safetyVery unacceptable for a “first world country”

They have a new building now, no moths! Excellent service by the Constable came to help us at the front desk at 9th minute approximately. Very nice 3rd visit, job done at the 20th minute. However during previous occasions there were long wait and unfriendly behavior I cant deny that claim made by many people about the station. But I hope that will change with better and nicer people in the force.

Be ready to waste 2 hours of your time waiting.Reported about someone using my motorcycle reg plate and me receiving impoundment notices, been a month and never heard back from them.Their phone line is useless which they never answer and not interested.Very frustrating to see how their whole system works.

I witnessed 2 amazing female officers at the Werribee bus depot dealing with a young female out of a divi van. Myself and a bus driver sat there for 30mins. Phoned several times regarding a full blown concert going on in my neighbpurhood at 11:30pm on a wednesday night. Called the station directly, not 000 so as not to clog up the emergency system. No-one answered. And here I thought they're open 24/7...No point making an online report, by the time someone sees it, it's too late for the issue to be addressed

Came Saturday morning to see the JP, one person before me, was quick and the JP really nice. Keep in mind that some times it is busy over here and can take a while to the JP stamp and signature everything.
