What a waste of time. Their website looks they got everything but in reality they sell only few range of shoes all across the shops (including Marion), many are on displayed don’t even have stock but they keep on the display. Website doesn’t tell what shoes available in each store. lazy staff and definitely poor management too.

SO ANGRY!!!!!I literally just got home from Christmas Shopping and so excited to open n try on my new sneakers that i bought from JD Sport Marion - South Australia and found out that one of the pair is dirty!! It’s like foundie kind of stain???I wasnt checking it when i was in the counter because my kids was so noisy but the cashier lady was checking the shoes tho?? How can she gave me a dirty pair?So i need to go back n change the new one? It’s like almost an hour drive. God!!

I purchased a pair of Nikes on 10.22.22.It was great they had my size in stock but, The customer service was poor to say the least.No how are you?,how's your day been? just staff talking on radios and sending you to poorly signed lines to pay for your items.Coming from a hospitality background I believe making people feel welcomed on arrival can set up a good or bad experience.Not a total loss they have a good selection of shoes.

Staff were stand-offish and unfriendly; the nearest sales assistant to me acted inconvenienced when I asked to try some shoes on - turns out this was the manager himself. Overall a horrible experience.

Bloke selling the shoes had no idea what he was talking about with sizes. Trying to tell me that a half size doesn't make a difference to length. Try training your staff in the most simplest of shoe knowledge before sending them out on the floor. Spent $150 on a pair of shoes only for them to loose my reciept by tipping the bag upside down before giving it to me which I didn't notice. Making a return incredibly difficult when I saw they were $50 cheaper at platypus across the mall. Wont be back - over priced, terrible customer service with no knowledge.

I am never returning there again! Service (lack of!) was terrible!! The staff were too busy talking to each other or mucking about not interested in getting sales. I specifically went in there for a pair of shoes for my son and gave up after 15 mins of trying to either find someone or have someone let me know they would be with me soon. Completely understand it’s Christmas and a busy time but talking about your social life to fellow staff members is inexcusable.

Disgusting customer service if you can call it that. Why on earth would you work there if you hate what your doing and making customers feel unwelcomed JD sports should have a look how staff treat customers unless they don't care. Avoid if you value your respect.

Worst customer service at Marion store.Who ever is doing the hiring should be ashamed of themselves or they too have no communication or customer service skills.i have seen 2years olds with more manners and personalitywhat a joke !

Paid in store for an online order because the shoes I wanted were out of stock and they’ve sent the wrong size shoes. Trying to call the Marion store where I purchased them from and they never answer the phone just let it ring out and hangs up.
