We recently moved in to our new home, after visiting the display home and speaking with one of the sales team members my wife and I were tossing up between a few homes and builders at the display village at Oran Park . We did a lot of research being the last home we are looking at owning and wanted to make sure it was exactly what we wanted . I was impressed with the way everything went from the first steps and choosing the design layout with all the inclusions and colours etc with the Brolen staff . The staff we dealt with were very helpful and knowledgeable. We had updates through out the whole build process and got the finished product as anticipated. The stress we went through with our previous home and the builder was an ordeal to say the least. We found Brolen Homes was a pleasure to deal with and would definitely recommend them to anybody weather there buying their first home or have done so previously. I don’t normally write these reviews but due to the fact it was such a great experience we thought we would share ours.

Our journey with Brolen Homes was an amazing, unforgettable experience. The custom home design we had proved to be quite a challenge yet rewarding. Everything was built to perfection - from the pitched roof to expose beams, skylights, wall panels etc. There were a few unavoidable delays along the way but we got there in the end, thanks to the expertise and professionalism showed by all the staff of Brolen Homes involved in this project. Special shout out to the office staff - Katrina, Paulene, Alicia, Belinda, Bianca and how can we forget Shane. Thank you Brolen Homes for an incredible partnership and a wonderful, beautiful home. Thanks to our building supervisor Scott, we always knew what was happening as he would call every Friday with an update. We recently got new house from Brolen Homes and it was very exciting. It took bit of time to kick the construction start. It was speedy since then. Our supervisor Joe had always something new for us to tell every Friday. Luisa, Alex, Bianca and Nick provided a tremendous network to enable our custom design to reach the building stage. From here we were so fortunate to have the expertise and professionalism of our project manager, Scott. He was always a pleasure to deal with and he confidently lead us through the building process. Nothing was ever a problem. Ross, the Director, always had a personal interest in our project and should be very proud of the way the team worked together to create such fantastic end product. Brolen homes has far exceeded all my expectations! Our home is beautiful thanks to the hard work of our Construction Manager Scott. I've been working in Construction for over 10 years and he is by far the best CM I have meet yet. Scott is Professional and organised yet always accommodating with with my requests. The customer service (including estimating) was phenomenal always friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The whole construction process was stress free with them. When I build again they will be my first choice.Thank you Brolen for such a great experience.

I thought building a new home with builders would be a nightmare however Brolen Homes proved me wrong. The whole process was hassle free and the service was being expectations!!! I highly recommend the company. My house was handed over within 4 and half months approx. the referring sales agent Edmond Lazar was amazing everything he told us was truthful he helped us throughout the whole process.
