Today at lunchtime we went to hungry jacks southlake for a drive thru and I ordered a tendercrisp salad. I ate it right away out of hunger and noticed instantly that the chicken’s inside was slimey. I thought it was the mayo in the salad that was causing it as the meat itself doesn’t taste rancid. After finishing the salad, i had a bit of tendercrisp left so i took a bite and it was still slimey. To my horror, i found the inside of the meat raw! Not just undercook but raw and it was for all of the meat i ate. I just want to say how disgusting and unsafe the food service was. Its just unacceptable to serve raw/uncooked piece of meat as its the perfect host for a lot of bacterias and illness. Im just monitoring myself and hoping that i wont develop salmonella or gastroenteritis for consuming the meat. Please highlight to your staff the importance of serving cooked food!

If zero stars was a possible this place deserves it. - - *Order was made wrong*we were parked, order made wrong again*had to drive through again to get our order made for the 3rd time which was made poorly. There was zero offer to replace the cold fries. Spoke with Bree the manager who doesn't seem to know what's going on. Aside from the terrible product it's accompanied by even worse customer service.Pic is if the new spicy Jack, it's definitely not worth $10 for the size.

Poor customer service got cut off 6 times whilst trying to order, got told to wait in bay as they were supposedly making food fresh. Once we received order, it was one burger short and chips were cold and stiff, found a rotten one.would have taken back but were not given a receipt. Very disappointed

The worse burgers ever , more onion than meat, food cold , service slow , staff ok .everything cut so thick couldn't bite through .won't go back there. Had to park and wait, even though no other customers , Kentucky was full with more cars waiting , nobody at your store, shows why after we ate .

Ordered online on way to store and still had to wait almost 15 mins to get over cooked onion rings. Ordered at KFC instore when we got there and the order was out and eat before we got our meals. Piss poor service since it wasn't really busy.

Poor customer service. My friend lost his AirPods here and after we called and had checked if they were in the playground, the worker we called said no. Later during the day we walked down there and found them luckily sitting in the playground.

I'm feeling quite ill after the disgusting burger they gave me today. By the time I took these pictures, I had already filled 2 napkins full of mayonnaise, I scraped out more before eating but now have a sharp pain in my stomach. Are you trying to kill people?? The bacon was like an old leather boot and the chips were old and tough too. 5pm Saturday. Lift your game before you put someone in hospital.

Two aspects I enjoy at Hungry Jack's at North Lake:1. The relaxing ambience, with the place fronting the calming greenery of a forest reserve.2. The awesome french fries, which are soft on the inside but crispy on the outside.
