Disgusting company I told the lady I was struggling in life and with depression was told sorry we don’t make appointments we will text you in a month and it’s up to you to contact us back least if I had a appointment I. Would have something to struggle towards but nothing use are the reason why people do horrible things to them selfs I would highly recommend people never to waist there time with this place go see your doctor. Men don’t be scared to ask for help just not from here-10/10

Had a friend that was through this place and he was suffering really bad mental health issues and was on the point of no return and they told him that there's nothing they can do and closed his case straight away because they didn't know/wasn't trained to deal with a situation like this.. the only thing there useful for is taking the government's money..

There is a lady at the front counter, possibly admin/reception that that did not give the most welcoming feeling. My visit was not for myself but I felt If there was someone who had finally built up the courage to walk in there to try get help they would have spoken to her and left. It was expected you knew what you where coming for and if you didn't have an appointment it's was a bit to bad. For this place to be recommended from a DFV point of view, this would be more than off putting to just get some help or a sense of direction. All other aspects where nice but that service was very cold and unhelpful. I hope this feedback goes to good use to be a bit more thoughtful.

DO NOT USE THIS service there are other services out there like Anglicare legal mediation with lawyer legal aid will cover that but please do not use this service they are unreliable and cover each other's backs do not bother asking for team leaders because they will say the same thing as the mediator site manager will do the same thing as the team leader they will not do a proper review on your complaints if I could give them a zero I would of this is the worst service I have ever used in South Australia
