Exceptional service and guidance throughout the whole process from the purchasing of the product, to quantity required and even the application process.James was there every step of the way, even taking calls after hours and on weekends.James and his team went above and beyond in every avenue, even after point of sale which was when their knowledge and expertise was required during the application process.Honestly can't recommend their service enough. This is business is more than just a shop it is also an experience going there. I rang first to get some advice on doing a DYI waterproofing shop in my home and Micheal and his team was extremely helpful in ensuring I got the right product. When I got to the shop he remembered me and our chat. The service is extremely professional, personal and the staff have excellent product knowledge! I was even offered a coffee and biscuits. I believe this is a family owned business and it really shows they care about their customers and their reputation. So refreshing to see this.

My husband and i were owner builders last year building our home we had issues with our pool and visited several waterproofing shops but felt like they were salesmen only and didn’t have onsite training until we got referred by someone to the waterproofing shop where they educated us about there products and what to apply and even liaised with our renderer and told him which compatible cement to use on top of there membrane. Highly recommend james and christian as they have over 30 years combined on site experience and helped us make our house water tight.

Hands down the best place in Sydney to buy anything waterproofing related. I’ve shopped around and they have the cheapest prices, they stock nearly everything you will ever need and the staff is extremely knowledgeable, I walk in with questions and leave with answers.
