As Clean Services were absolutely amazing when they gave my home a great spring clean recently. First of all, they returned my call immediately, their cleaning staff arrived at the agreed time, and they got straight to work. They were very thorough in their cleaning, did not cut any corners and to be honest, went above and beyond what was requested. The charge rate was very reasonable rate - so much so that I will use their services more frequently. I have no hesitation in recommending their services, in fact I've already told most of my friends.

I employed Lucy to look after my holiday rentals.We live interstate so we discussed how important it was for her to maintain a very high standard in the cleans as well as communication with me so I knew what was going on and how apartments were left by guests so I could review them.Entrusting a great cleaner for holiday rentals is extremely important.Lucys level of communication is unacceptable for a holiday rental business.I always had to prompt then push for a reponse to any of my emails, messages or calls.Sometimes not getting a response for days.I had to ask her for invoices for months!1 of the biggest problems is her use of transient, Japanese students with no experience and very little, if any English.When we came to inspect the properties,  the level of cleanliness was absolutely atrocious.I had to hire another cleaner to do a bond clean on each apartment. This means the state of the apartments had gotten worse over a period of months.Over all, Lucy is unprofessional, unresponsive and down right dishonest.She just took advantage of me being interstate and not here to check everything they didnt do.I would warn anyone with holiday rentals and Airbnbs to avoid the stress, hassle and inconvenience of this 'business
