super long queue, rude receptionists who just shooed people away, slow service, zero patience and decency, no sense of priorities at all. run away as far as you can. go to other office.

Customer Service Representative (name unknown, old guy) needs more work on his customer service and way of talking to customers.Not all customers are known of the process and procedures, staff needs to make them aware of the process calmly and not by acting they own the office and by ordering them what to do.I noticed this guy was talking to one of the international student trying to get his drivers license and was rude which made that student nervous.As a public sector employee you are there to help customers and not to order them.I hope someone considers this.

Call me crazy but they have 3 workers standing at the reception talking about there personal lives while people lined up outside waiting for permission to come into the premises. Surely you don’t need 3 people standing out the front talking while the line builds up? Why can’t they help reduce the line up by serving at the counters?

The SA government wanted to shut this location down? Clearly there’s huge demand.Not open on Saturdays and closes at 5pm.Leaves a poor window of opportunity for the general populace to meet their civic duties where online is not an option.

Very, very long wait. There has to be a better way. No matter how quick your reason for being there, you have to line up. I had to wait in line for 45 mins outside just to get to the reception area, then had to wait another 20 mins inside to be served. The system is very flawed and needs some serious overhauling.

I know you have to wait so does everyone have to wait just remember when you get inside thete is only 5 people who can severe you everyone just has to wait there turn and take a chill pill and wait until its your turn i dont like waiting either but it is what it is the workers can only serve 1 person at a time they are not robots if you dont want to wait or line up try going there later in the day it seems if you go first thing in the morning you have to wait thats why i go in afternoon keep up the good work you can only do what you can do iam happy with my service with them thanks once again

Absolutely disgusting that Service SA make their clients including elderly people line up outside for over 1/2 hour to get inside only to make them wait for at least 1/2 hour once they get inside. What a disgusting joke to make people wait for over an hour to do a simple transaction. This is a government run service and should do better. Disgusting!!!
