This was our first build and from our initial meeting with Matt and Cara we felt at ease. They are both approachable and transparent, so we felt confident and assured throughout the whole process.Cara was really helpful particularly during planning and pre-start stage. She has excellent attention to detail, and came forward with suggestions to elevate the design of our home. Matts experience and knowledge in the industry was very evident throughout the process. He is always willing to chat or troubleshoot any queries or issues, and regularly kept us updated. This was during a very tricky time in the industry with delays and trade shortages, which is a testament to his professionalism.We couldn’t be happier with the standard and quality of our home.
