Tracey said that the massage would be like going on a journey...She wasnt wrong.I felt lighter and at ease with life, more in my body than I had in weeks or months maybe. Feeling mentally, physically, and emotionally synchronised and clear.Tracey's years of experiences show, it was a very peaceful and genuine atmosphere. Tracey found and corrected new injuries and old injuries that I had just accepted.I took a lot away from the massage, lots to contemplate in relation to my body and how to listen to it.Highly recommend :)
