ARB 4x4 Accessories Regency Park

Ordered and got installed a TLR Fuel tank for my Jimny here. Great communication throughout.When I first ordered I noted a drop-off and pickup preference due to work and it was noted down on the order. A full month before it was going to be installed I got a phonecall saying because of the install time my preference for pickup wasn't going to be able to be accommodated which gave plenty of time to organise alternatives for the day due to the notice

Tried to book car in for a 4hr job. They wanted the car at 8am, said I couldn’t get there until 9amThey said can’t be here by 8 we can’t guarantee we can do the job. No compromise no attempt to be helpful and not a care in the world.Was only going there as the location was convenient they where actually the most expensive place out of the 4 I called. Guess that’s why they don’t care, making plenty of cash of everyone else

Over year ago ordered a lift kit from them, went to pick it up, they gave me someone else lift kit, didn’t realise to the mechanic went to install it, to see it was the wrong fit, so had to pay extra for mechanic put my old suspension back in, to I got the new suspension, didn’t get any compensation besides sorry about that.Once again bought a bullbar from them, asked for the only white bullbar what was on the wall, they said it would only take a week to arrive as they have heaps in Melbourne, so ordered it, booked in somewhere else to get installed as they wouldn’t install it with the winch I purchase somewhere else, after waiting two weeks I called up asking where bullbar was, now they saying could take up to month, so I called them back later that day to cancel the order, by my surprise apparently now they have my bullbar, so I pick it up, got it installed to find out it’s black, once again no compensation, just it’s miss Communication

I would just like to say a HUGE thank you to Steve and the staff at ARB Regency Park. Having had a 30mm OME lift and 600kg rear springs suspension upgrade fitted 12 months ago at another ARB dealership, I was surprised to say the least when going to grease my rear shackles that they were not greasable. Having specified these to be be fitted. Upon phoning the original dealership to find out the business had been sold to a new owner/operator I was informed, we are sick of fixing previous owners customer complaints and the only way they would help me was if I coughed up another $730. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I then proceeded to write an email to ARB head office hoping that someone might consider doing this for me under warranty. Sure enough I received a phone call from Steve and the rest is history. They fitted shackles and new bushes and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Steve and his team for a great customer experience. 5 star service!! Cheers!!

Greatest products. Good help good fitting staff , the one down side is price. Defantly good products though

The team at Regency Park were extremely helpful when dealing with a warranty on a roof platform fitted to my canopy. I feared that my claim would simply be fobbed off, but instead they were keen to help me resolve the problem and did so very promptly. An easy 5 stars!

I had a great experience in store. The staff were very knowledgeable about the product that I was inquiring about.They also had samples on display which was great.I found that the prices were a bit on the high side for what I was after so went another way.
