We got three quotes and North Brisbane Glass gave us the best price. They turned up on time, got the job done fast and got it done right. I would recommend them to anyone wanting glass replacement and I will just go to them in the future if needed, no need to shop around.

David was fantastic! He was much more reasonably priced than a household name supplier I received a quote from and could do the job in half the time! He worked cleanly and was just a really nice guy to boot, highly recommend!

Great first impressions, but that's where it ends. Don't expect any after-sales service.David gave a reasonable price and was friendly and prompt at the beginning; however, don't expect any after-sales service, as you'll be sorely disappointed.Unfortunately, after he installed our glass shower screen door, I noticed that the top door handle was loose and the bit of plastic between the bottom handle and the glass door was slightly off-centre. It's an easy fix with an Allen key (it arrived with), which he took away with him. Unfortunately, we don't keep anything like it around the house, so I gave David the option to come and rectify these himself, or to save him some time/ trouble, he could drop off the Allen key in the mailbox on his way home as he doesn't live too far away and I could do it myself.I initially messaged him and waited a few days for a reply—not a word. Then, I messaged again almost a week later to follow up, but I didn't hear back. I finally called to speak with him, but no voicemail service. Eventually, I sent him a third message to get back to me ASAP, letting him know if he didn't get back to me, it meant he couldn't care less about resolving the issue. I didn't hear back at all from him, sadly so clearly, he doesn't care.David, I hope you're reading this - very disappointing customer service. It's not the way to do business. One thing's for sure, you've lost me as a return customer. To think I was considering your services to put in a new shower in our second bathroom, I will now be going elsewhere.

I LOVE my new French door glass. The old one has tint half coming off and I could hardly see through it. Punctual, Reliable and reasonable prices. Will defs use again. Thanks David

I highly recommend Dave from North Brisbane Glass. He did a sizeable and awesome job and nothing was too much trouble. He was also reliable, friendly and very knowledgeable. His prices are also very reasonable. I have already rebooked him.

Made a mess of a simple task of replacing a broken glass. Glass is chipped, doesn't fit the frame properly, and he never answers any attempt to get in touch. Unacceptable quality and horrible customer service. I do not recommend.

Very unhappy with this business. Initially seemed OK, responsive and gave a very good price for replacing a broken window panel. During installation he was unable to loosen a screw to replace the panel properly, so he cut the glass panel to size and secured it with silicone - not the best by any means but did the job. Same evening we noticed that apart from smears of silicone, there is also a chip in the glass panel, that's when I contacted him about the issue and he initially responded saying he will come in a few days to rectify.That was the last time I heard from him, he doesn't respond to texts and doesn't return calls.If you want good customer service, go somewhere else.
