Very helpful and convenient.Fixed my problem for a small fee. Spoke to me clearly and politely even tho I know nothing about these sort of it problems. HIGHLY recommend him compared to shopping centres used previously.

Took my PC in as it was overheating and crashing within 10 minutes sitting on the desktop- even faster under load. $90 later I was told it was fixed.After getting it home and having the same issues I took it upon myself to diagnose.Less than an hour later I was able to figure out the CPU AIO cooler pump was dead and replaced the AIO myself.Not sure what they did to fix" it as it was a hardware not software issue.Figured I'd trust the little guy instead of the usual PLE but looks like PLE is worth the extra $$ if your unable to fix it yourself."

Took my coffee-logged laptop to Ray and he fixed it within a hour fore at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend. If you spill drinks, take your electronics in quickly!
