The whole process was very easy. She even managed to get me a delivery that week!!!! The lounge I purchased is perfect. I would recommend this store to anyone wanting nice outdoor furniture. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received from Belinda and the whole team! Our new table is fantastic and well worth it.

You must try a different staff member if you get a rude one as there are good ones so just ask another. We almost walked out but happened to ask another staff about another piece we saw and they were wonderful to work with. We took as much of our pieces as we could fit into the car and came back the next day to get the remaining items they had in stock plus a few more we decided we wanted and were told the three items they did not have in stock they would drop off at our place at no cost (total spent just under $5k so not unreasonable and our place was literally on the way to their shop for the driver). We just got the call to say they have everything in and can drop it off for a $99 fee. I explained this is not what was discussed when we went back the next day and was told that this is company policy. Nice customer service. I said no thank you and we will pick up ourselves which we did. Communication is a factor for this company so I would suggest getting things like a free delivery in writing as it seems even though it was put into their system like this that it does not count and they want to charge you anyway. Otherwise very nice furniture but some real rotten apples in their collective barrel that need training so room for improvement.

I think the shop and the staff are fantastic and the products are great. However l am wanting to buy 2 lounge chairs and after l left 3 phone messages and written 1 email, l still have not had any reply. I was told to ring beforehand to get the chairs from storage, but can't do that as nobody gets back to me. I will have to go back to the store and hope that l can have the chairs brought over to me while l wait. I would give 5 stars but for this. Need to up" your phone system

Deb from the Erina store is an absolute gem. So helpful and kind. We will definately shop there again. Items were beautifully packaged and look wonderful on our deck (Dining chairs and firepit from outdoor elegance)

Absolutely atrocious service from this store. In October 2019 we spent $4500 on outdoor furniture for our Christmas present to enjoy for Christmas Day, delivery was organised mid December, only half of the order came. We had to ring them that day to chase up where the other half of the order was, they didn't advise us of this before the delivery either. After we complained, only then, did the manager Ben offer some on loan outdoor furniture until we receive the rest of our order. Here we are in April 2020, still waiting, we received a phone call yesterday which went to message bank to say delivery would be between 9-11am, but which day, who knows??? Its obviously not today as its not here!!! Tried to ring them back to clarify which day and confirm what was being delivered, still no-one called back. As I come from a customer service background, I must say this has to be the worst experience I have ever had in the industry and would not recommend them.

Thought the customer service was good up until I paid, then it went downhill fast. I was offered free delivery, but that didn’t happen and to be honest I know how small business is suffering presently, so I thought, OK. But for $97 - I was advised that was delivery and assembly. Yes furniture was delivered, table put together, chairs left wrapped in pieces in bubble wrap? I asked, wasn’t ‘assembly’ included? Oh no, customers responsibility to put chairs together?! So I phoned shop thinking this may be an error. But, no, my responsibility. It won’t take you long! We provided Allen keys! Well if the legs were better aligned it might not have taken long, but they weren’t, so it was a pain of a job. Then touching table I noticed none of those screws were done up properly. I had to tighten those! Thank you for such GREAT customer service??? I actually could have put the furniture onto my roof racks and saved $100. Sorry, cannot recommend!

A great store, huge selection of quality products and friendly, helpful staff. I highly recommend them.
