Yesterday has arrived my Darche Eco 270 and I am really impressed, the bag it's bigger than Gen 2, the 3 extra poles fits nicely inside their own slim bag attached to the top of awning inside the carry bag , the quality of canvas it's excellent and the darker colour than eclipse gen 2 helps a lot during hot&sunny days. Can not wait for the eco walls kit to arrive in 3 months time . Well done Darche, the awning is worth every cent !

As a new solo camper gearing up for summer Frank is a legend and gave me amazing advice and didn't make me feel like an idiot. The range and store setup is amazing. Will definitely be back.

I am new to camping and therefore camping equipment.I found this company from YouTube and decided to go there as was close for me.The level of service I received from Frank was second to none.I am blown away by the quality of these products and the after sales service I have also experienced.I will never second guess my purchases again.

For those looking for regular or rooftop tents, they have almost all of them on display so you can check them out properly.The team there were great, very knowledgeable and happy to just let you look around without pressure to purchase.

Over 3months to get any email phone call back brought a RTT IN December last year good came damage from factory base of RTT was punch in was offered money back to forgot about it…. As they didn’t have any more in stock….4 months on and 2 clamps used to hold the poles up failed and the transport cover tie downs snapped quality is awful in this tent worst mistake of my. Camping life I’m now looking at selling this RTT at a lost cause the warranty and dealing with this company has been horrific the girls are super rude and just simply don’t care I was sent a replace patch for the transit cover that didn’t even bind to the cover the tie downs they sent out are wrong and I’m still waiting for a new transit cover. Which I ask 3 months ago absolutely disgusted in this brand use to like them and rate them now I won’t touch them and tell my friends to leave them alone

We purchased a Darche Extender Tent 2.5 for a three week trip to NW Australia.This tent like so many other things at the moment had to be ordered online without being able to see it first.Unbelievably, the windows CANNOT be opened from the inside of the tent. The bottom edge of the front door does not zip shut, the bottom edge of the back window does not zip shut so you cannot stop these flapping in the wind.The fly is missing a centre eyelet to attach a rope which means it is essentially useless and will touch the tent causing condensation to form inside, it also flaps away with any wind.All of the hinged poles are faulty, the pins drop out constantly which means the hinge just falls to bits. One of the poles is so poorly made it constantly jams either in or out and requires a lot of force to get it moving again.The pins and ties used the secure the poles the floor of the tent have started to tear away after only three weeks use.The tent is impossible to put up without two people if there is any kind of breeze and near impossible with one person in perfect conditions.The tent pegs supplied are far too lightweight for a tent like this and all are now bent.The front awning does not come with enough ropes to secure it properly.The instructions are a joke, seemingly written for a different version of this tent.We contacted Darche before leaving on the trip for advice about some of the above issues but never received a reply.To top all this off, when I took it back to Tentworld they said they will not accept Darche products in for repair and we have to deal directly with Darche which means sending this 17.5KG tent back to Sydney from Perth in the mail at our own expense.This tent is NOT of merchantable quality and should not have been on sale in the first place.

Amazing service, helpful & friendly team, replaced awning parts damaged by a rookie mistake (not under warranty) without hesitation, no questions asked. Great showroom set-up as well.

Attended the store this afternoon, The store was well set out and clean.I had discussions with a Darche Team member called Frank, he was very helpful went above and beyond and knew everything about the products I was seeking ultimately leading to me purchasing numerous goods. Would definitely Reccomend visiting and applaud Frank on his customer service and knowledge basis on the products.
