I was delighted with the people at Specialised Solar. Without exception, everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. The installers were efficient, polite and helpful - and very quick. There was no mess left behind. Any questions I had at any stage were answered promptly. Follow-up was excellent. I highly recommend the company.

Great work on installing a Tesla Powerwall battery at my home! A special thanks to Anthony for coming up with a reconfiguration suggestion to make the two existing solar systems into a single system with east and west arrays feeding the two channels of one of the existing inverters. This involved some movement of panels and rewiring but at a very reasonable cost and the elimination of the older inverter means the whole system is simpler and more reliable.Only slight downside of the experience was the five month wait due to the global supply chain issues. Obviously there was nothing that Specialized could do about the supply issue, other than perhaps give me a monthly update so I knew what was going on. The day of installation went very well and the battery has worked splendidly so far. The Tesla app overview of solar generation/grid usage (and battery SOC) is so much better than what I had previously. Thanks again Specialized!

I can highly recommend Specialized Solar & Electrical. Troy and his team are fantastic. They were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They kept me updated regularly and answered all my questions. They know what they are doing, which is very reassuring. Even after the Solar was installed they kept in touch to see how the system was going.

Fantastic Service. Ray and his very capable team helped us through all the challenges of installing panels on our very steep roof as well as our electric car charger. we highly recommend them and are extremely happy with the outcome. Thanks guys !

We contracted Specialised Solar and Electrical to install a 30 kW system on our hall roof. The planning and installation process went very well and we had no complaints.However, their after sales service is poor and communications with the client almost non existent. Within a few months, it became obvious that the export of surplus electricity was not occurring. It took many emails and phone calls until I was finally able to speak to the Managing Director, on 14 February 2023, regarding our export problem. While the issue was fixed in a few days, there was no phone call to advise of the rectification or the cause of the problem. By then, a further problem had developed where one of the roof panels has stopped working.After a further month of unsuccessfully trying to contact the company, on 27 March 2023, I decided to drive to the company office and try to speak to someone in authority. There, I met Anthony Igman, the company MD with whom I had a long meeting expressing my displeasure at the company's lack of client communications and trying to get a response on the faulty panel.On 20th April 2023, I had a message from Anthony indication he was in discussions with SunPower and Enphase to determine liability for the panel. Absolutely no reference to the company's much vaunted warranty program. I was advised that there would be a response in 2 to 3 days.As I write this review on 10 May 2023, I am still waiting for the call.Based on the after sales service provided by Specialised Solar and Electricity, I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a Solar installation company in Victoria, looks elsewhere.

Amazing experience from getting all the information about the solar system and all the way through to installation. Great service after the installation as well. I would Highly recommend to my friends and family to go through with specializedsolar . Mostly dealt with Scott Degabriele. Very professional and helpful. 5 star service. Best in business for me so far.

I cannot say enough how wonderful the whole team at Specialized Solar are. Huge shout outs to; Scott in consulting who helped us meet the solar goals we wanted, Rachel and her team in the office and the install crew - Zack, Aaron, Cal and Simon. They each made every step of the process seamless. The guys on site for the install were so very polite and communicated with us throughout the install, making sure they answered any questions we might have and taking the time to explain how all the new equipment they had just installed for us worked. Thank you so much to the entire team, will be recommending you in the future!

We would like to highly recommend Specialised Solar & Electrical who were responsible for the design & installation of an upgrade to our existing 3kw solar system to a 6kw system which then enabled us to purchase a Tesla Battery through SS&EOur first point of contact was Scott Degabriele Head of Commercial. Scott was awesome. He was not deterred by the fact that we already had a solar system installed through a local government loan scheme initiative for pensioners. While several other providers balked at the request to integrate the 2 solar systems required size of 6kw to run the battery , Scott immediately went to work on the design phase. Scott's installation team headed by Tim were brilliant.Melanie was always available when we rang to answer any questions that we had & responded promptly & efficiently. She was great.The whole process with Specialised Solar & Electrical was seamless & hassle free.

I went with Specialized Solar and Electrical after requesting quotes from a few different companies. Specialized Solar by far had the best service out of any of the other companies I dealt with. They were prompt with answering questions, flexible, and tied in with no issues when I had timelines to meet with other trades. You may pay a little bit more with this company, but you certainly get that returned to you in great service. The quality of the installation is good, and any issues after the install have been dealt with promptly - not that there were any that were caused by them. Overall, I'm very happy with the result. I no longer have gas connented, and I heat and cool my home exclusively with split systems. Even with that, my power bills are in credit, saving me an ever increasing amount per month.
