Fetter's Auto Parts

Would just like to say that I've worked for them for them past 7years and you don't realise just how much time and effort they go to to help there customers some times taking days to find things but when they do the feel proud that they didn't just give up and it can be seen when the customer comes in to pick there parts up they really are a great shop and a great team of blokes

Considering how do they treat customers it seems like they don't actually need any.Good for them.

Went in for a part they said they had. They couldn’t find it. After waiting for an hour they “reconditioned” another one that they had. It was in poor shape with wires exposed and peices missing. They said take it or leave it and I kindly declined and one of the staff then threw the part at the wall shattering it to peices in front of us and other customers, then proceeding to swear as they stormed off. Horrible customer service!! If you like being mistreated and abused then definitely recommend them

I went to Fetter to find a rather hard to get part recently. The staff member there was very patient in finding out exactly what I needed, and searched their stock extensively, even ringing another wreckers for me to see if they could supply the part. Unfortunately the part wasn't in stock however i really did appreciate their effort and they seemed to genuinely care about doing their best to supply me with the part even though it wouldn't have been for a great deal of money.

I have been going to Fetter wreckers for years when in need of a part in a hurry but it had been some time since I had last been there. It was comforting to see that little had changed. I have been insulted many times over the years by a variety of people and I generally don't take it to heart but being insulted by stupid people is different. Being insulted and being ripped off is a rare combination that I try to avoid but like I said , when in a hurry. They had the courtesy to let me take the part outside to compare it to the car I had and it was then that I noticed the part they had offered to sell me was broken. A plastic tag was missing from the back of the light assembly which they wanted $45 for. I took the light back inside and the old fella said it doesn't matter mate

I spoke to Barry and he was very helpful and they had what i needed at a good price so i left a happy customer.

Terrible customer service, wouldn't recommend.

Such a shame customer service, their attitude is disgusting, that's why everyone complain about their behaviour, really really bad experience
