Having a specifically targeted Pilates program has allowed me to address my personal physical challenges. As a result of Gemma’s scientific and analytical approach to problem solving, I have experienced considerable improvement. In addition, Gemma’s professionalism and genuine encouragement have made the Pilates sessions a lot of fun.

Great to have another Beyond clinic opened up. Facilities are fantastic. I found the brand new gym room very beneficial to properly run through my rehab plan in depth. Dan and the team are a pleasure to visit.

Beyond has helped me so much post spinal surgery. Hydrotherapy with Lucy has definitely sped up recovery and got me moving better. Definitely would recommend.

With the help of Gemma I have been able to go for walks and can move around with ease. I really enjoy her classes as she continually challenges me which enables me to strengthen areas that help in everyday activities and remove any ideas of a knee replacement Her enthusiasm and constant monitoring of my progress is really appreciated

I’m a keen golfer and have been struggling with niggling shoulder pain for months. Recently went to see Dan at Beyond Newtown and am amazed at how quickly I’ve been able to get back on the course. Highly recommend this clinic - excellent facilities, caring and knowledgeable staff who take the time to explain things clearly
