Went with a fairly large group for the Pizza Hut buffet about 10 people. We went for lunch as we had rang the previous day to ask the times the buffet was open. Was told after 12pm. We were there about 1:30pm.As soon as we got there we saw there was no buffet option for lunch or even a buffet station. We asked the person behind the cash register and was told it starts at 5pm. The manager heard me tell the employee about the phone call and told us he would remedy the situation by allowing us to have the buffet at the time that was told to us…Now please take into consideration this isn’t your average buffet like how it was in the 90s/2000s. There is no actual buffet. It is simply, picking what you’d like on the menu, and they would make it for you fresh. I liked this concept… But it didn’t help with curing my nostalgia for the old Pizza Hut buffet.PIZZA HUT BUFFET REVIEW: The food was hot and fresh as they made it on the spot. They offered sides also, but not wings. They also offered desserts, where they cut them in half and plated them.Overall it was an interesting concept.

1 star for the ordering system. Pre ordered 4 days in advance and not able to cancel the order anywhere on the website. Try calling 10 times without reaching anyone. 1 call got answered, employee had no clue how to do that.1 star for not respecting the only request : bbq sauce on the side. It got put all over the food.1 star for the food, it was genuinely not a good product.Im just fuming about the fact that there is 0 customer service and no possibility of cancelling an order placed in advance.

Delivery came without notification, we ended up checking downstairs after 40 minutes and discovered the food lying in the lobby. Thoroughly disappointed in the food quality, pizza was incredibly salty, and the ‘wings’ were soggy and tasted like chicken nuggets. Usually love eating Pizza Hut in Asia, but our first experience here was absolutely disappointing and we will not be having it again.

Brilliant service and the pizzas and garlic bread were fantastic. The All You Can Eat" style was different to what we were used to (in Adelaide) but the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and well fed. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks for a fantastic evening!"

All you can eat is $24 per person no drinks no wings. But one lava cake each for dessert and all the sides you want. You order as you like and they make it on the spot (they are a bit slow honestly).Overall the service is fine but the pizza is really not special. Very thick pizza base will fill you up very quickly.

Pizza arrived having been packed in delivery riders back pack VERTICALLY!!! SoThe pizza was all base with the topping in one corner of the box.

Clean nice place, enough room for people to sit down and eat their order in.Staff was friendly. Order was fast and looks delicious.
