Chemist Warehouse

If I could give this pharmacy a zero rating I would. I am on holidays in Tasmania and needed an over the counter medication that I have taken when needed since about 1990. The pharmacist grilled me in within ear shot of other customers about the reasons why I needed the medication. I had been on antibiotics and he refused to give me the medication, stating that I needed to finish the antibiotics first. I do know that there is no interaction between the antibiotics and the over the counter drug as it has been recommended by my GP many times over the last 30 years. This pharmacist even tried to diagnose another condition. I will be contacting Chemist Warehouse and the Pharmacy Guild of Australia.

Awful staff. Refused to give me prescription forcing me to get both things from seperate stores even though she stated they had both items just was refusing to give me one of them and made me pick between the two of which I wanted more, forced me to say aloud all my (embarrassing) symptoms in front of 10-15 other customers, when it was a prescription from the doctor which she had no right to ask about. Overall was rude, then scrunched and threw out my prescription that I still needed since she refused to give me it? Not worth going here, go to town one instead. They fulfilled the entire prescription no issues.

Rashan (I think his name was) was a great employee. Helpful and friendly and gladly assisted me in quickly finding what I was after

their app doesn't work for scripts which is a real pain, and their inbox is full and they keep on requesting I send it there. I no longer get my scripts from here as the wait is too long due to their app not allowing me submit it earlier

yesterday I came into this shop very unwell requiring these two items to buy was told by your staff member to get in line of which was two meters long I was or she refused to help me that women needs to go and get manners if she could treat me that bad what would she do to older people she has to be reheaducated because she has know people skills shes highly arogant and needs to wear perfume because she stunk people plze dont go to race course know one should have to be attacked for buying from this store what are the owners goin to do about this I want action please

Good range, although I wasn't happy when I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to assist me, and then another 10 in the queue to be told at the counter that EFTPOS was down. Would have saved me a lot of time if I was made aware upon entering.

They don't know or care what compression socks or stockings are .... Really.

What a bunch of beautiful ladies at this store! Amanda, Tracy and co. Made my day visiting your store today, these ladies went out of their way in customer service and knowledge to help me purchase zinc vitamins and other products, chemist warehouse is lucky to have you on their team. Well done beautiful souls and a big Thank you. Will be back again when I need any help. X

Missing an item from the click and collect,they practically ask me to get a lawyer in order for them to provide the missing item (worth $20) lol...I will never buy from them again.
