While the technical staff are friendly when they attend site, trying to get a Breezeview to attend in a timely matter is very difficult, if not impossible.We were promised that they would attend to the defects in our new apartment (Virtuoso: West End), but after 10 weeks, we are still waiting, with no indication of when, or even *if* they are coming.In our experience, Breezeview security does not lead to secure options, and their support is neither reliable nor timely.
