Service and atmosphere is great! But too bad for the food.We had the tempura prawn or wasn't just battered? Uncooked and the batter was little raw.Fish of the day was plain, it was no different from cooking it at home on a pan.The Pappardelle was over cooked, pasta was overdone and it stuck together. Simply disgusting.The beef brisket was the highlight! Tender, juicy and delicious.Kinda bumped about it as it was our last night in the Pullman.

My husband and I called in to Pullmans Bunker Bay last weekend to have a coffee sitting outside looking at the beautiful views. We decided to have the cheese share plate. What a disgrace for such a (apparently) top restaurant. A pathetic piece of cheddar the size of a 20 cent coin. A slither of blue tasteless cheese and a small triangle piece of brie. Absolutely terrible plate for $18. We live in Busselton. Have better food there. Never going back to Pullmans. Also have told all my friends. Shame on you serving that plate. Told the waitress about our grief and she never returned.

Food was fantastic. Unfortunately the service really let the whole experience down.Completely ignored by the wait staff upon arrival. Made me think we were in the wrong place. We were slightly early for our reservation so we were given a drinks menu and shown to the bar area but again no one approached us to take a drinks order.When we did get to our table we had to wait for the floor to be cleaned from the previous diners who had had high chair aged children. No issue with that except it should have been done before we were shown to the table. Still no drinks order taken.When a waitress did attend to us she asked were we ready to order. No explanation of the soup of the day or fish of the day until we asked. We did manage to order some drinks at this point but not food.One cocktail arrived promptly but we had to ask for the bottle of champagne we ordered.When the starters came the red wine we ordered was put on the table unopened and left.Desert was great but no coffee or port was offered. Had to ask several times for the bill.Food was fabulous! Service disappointing. It made our wedding anniversary comical and one to remember.

Sadly Wouldn't go back or recommend. Definitely not fine dining or even 5 star dining. Visually food looked nice, but many other nearby places we explored had relatively a much better offering given calibre and pricing of this restaurant. So much potential with amazing menu and lovely local produce too, but sadly everything fell flat and short. (and they got our order wrong despite two people coming to check).If you're staying at resort, an easy option. But there's better around. Seems like they're trying too hard to be fancy and/or just cater for a wealthy crowd who won't care over just serving delicious, good food.

Truffle pizza, Great value, good taste. Brilliant. Fries, soggy - bland, not good. Service absolutely mix bag, went here for lunch too much dancing, singing (time and place for everything I suppose) and someone was even mopping next to our table. The dude in black (the restaurant supervisor was obviously sick or unwell coughing everywhere not closing his mouth) is a disgrace. The wait staff waiting for us was brilliant, to the lady with the flowers on her hair, you saved the day. Other than that, everyone else should relearn hospitality in front of customers. Could have been great, with great location, great atmosphere, suss service staffs.

Exceptionally tasty food and well presented. Staff are lovely, I am amazed at the sizes of the small dishes and the prices are extremely reasonable! second night meal was a slight let down but staff handled my disappointment in the meal extremely well. Overall would recommend and visit again!

Dined here as we were staying at Pullman bunker bay resort for our anniversary. Food was good but not great, however it was the service that really stood out. Staff were very attentive and when we complained about the Gnocchi being quite unpleasant (they were trying something new with it and using a new sauce) they quickly took measures to rectify the experience for us. Overall a good experience - we enjoyed the pork crackle and the steak but would steer clear of the gnocchi until they’ve fixed their recipe.Definitely not a bad option if you’re staying at the resort.

Really awesome dining experience! Despite being very busy, the service was impeccable. Our server, Jasmine, was impossibly friendly and attentive! Really made the meal so enjoyable! We had the duck confit and gnocci. Both were delicious.

Want to really give more star but I couldn’t really do,We went there on Thursday night for the family booked the table at 6pm.When we got there, We had to wait at the counter for more than 5 minutes until someone realised we were there.Ordered the food by 6:30pm. But the food wasn’t arrive until 8pm just after we made a big fussed as our kids were super hungry.When we asked the waitress about food, instead of find out what happen she asked us back and look surprised that we didn’t get the food. ( which very annoyed to us).She said she could offered us a drink, but at that time we just want to eat the food and go back to the room as it getting to late for kids bed time.The food finally came at the end, but the whole experience have already ruined the food.Maybe not good for the family dinner. As the food took too long to cook.

Flies are insanely bad this time of year.It’s a mad dash to the hotel to try and escape them.I went with my wife and daughter and upon seeing the place thought the food would be average at best.WrongWe did the small plates of prawn, pork belly and the food as very good. I was impressed.Daughter had a cheesy pasta which was also excellentService was good
