What's happening at the centre and what is indicated on their time tabels on the website is two different worlds. On the website it says lap swimming for certain time slots. When you get there you will be informed no lap swimming as we have inflatable fun today :(

Switched from another swim school to 5 star & my kids have come leaps and bounds! The coaches are excellent & focus on each child individually - making them the best swimmers they can be.I have happily recommend families make the transfer to 5star!

The coach Nathan was fantastic, just disappointing with such high chlorine levels, they were very high and my children stunk to high heaven. I had a bad headache from watching for 1 hour, due to such high chloromines.The Chloromines need to be sorted and I am positive the levels were at dangerous levels last week. Taking my kids to a centre with better chlorine management.just took my kids to Woy Woy pool today, and wow what a difference. No potent smell!

A really positive experience. Every coach in 3 1/2 years has taken my girl to a new level of confidence in the water from a time when we couldn’t get her near the water. Have just enrolled my 7month old to do it all again. The coaches really care about the kids and their progression.

They’re always willing to help out our kids with their questions. Very helpful and polite.The coffee is only four stars though, sorry guys.Everything else is what you’d expect from a local swim school.

Being told to change my 2 daughters in a disabled toilet is not acceptable.If you don't have adequate changing facilities you should not be open.
