Middle of winter on a Saturday in lockdown and our deducted heater system breaks down! Carl (total legend) from Metropolitan arrives later that same day and installs a brand new, 5 star Braemer deducted heater for us! Very happy with the responsiveness, matter of fact advice and tradesmanship from both Carl and his colleague Ali (also a total legend) who installed our new deducted heater. Highly recommend Metropolitan Plumbing Brooklyn.

They grossly overcharged. I had to ring the head office for a refund, they did not do the work they said they would do, and they used the urgency of COVID in March last year to say if the hot water needed replacing they could not guarantee replacing in a Covid lockdown 4. Lies Lies Lies. Typical Melbourne unprofessional tradesman ready to take people for a ride. I had just arrived in Melbourne moving into my new town house so they took full advantage. They may have nice shiny vans but they are after every dollar they can get. I have since found better plumbers... Thank god ! Do not use this company!
