My experiences is that I am always waiting for qube trucks to arrive for unloading/dropping off containers. They are reliably late anywhere between 30 - 150mins. Currently writing this as I wait for a qube truck which was due 40mins ago

I was not happy with the service

Don't expect to get processed in a hurry here. And make sure you have all documents in order , including your driver's licence out and ready , and print in biro on top of your paperwork your name your vehicle registration, the company you drive for . Then eventually when processed prepare to wait up to another half hour at least from there on everything should be good.

now forced to adhere to timeslots" (that QUBE themselves cant adhere to) for drops (highly illegal and frowned upon in the transport industry) with ZERO facilities for long distance drivers forced to wait.Forcing timeslots upon drivers is dangerous and compounds fatigue on top of the ZERO driver facilities at this complex (a fatal accident waiting to happen)Container truck drivers in this area think they own the place and wont think twice about pulling out in front of you or running the stops signs (un-enforced btw).QUBE you arent exempt from the supply chain legislation for heavy vehicles."

Slept in the bunk through the whole pick up process. Couldn't ask for better experience. Oh I wasn't driving!!!

It's qube, if ya know ya know. Best take a packed lunch and dinner if you going there as you may be waiting for a few hours.

I had the extreme displeasure of having to deal with this company trying to collect a simple frieght order become an experience would not wish on anyone.Was unable to log Into electronic system for 2 days to book a time to collect...called helpline ...no help to use system that doesn't work..arrived tried to.explain ...called a liar..due to masks and window and hearing impairment ( veteran)..tried to explain again..head lady gets angry comes out of office threatens to have me.removed from site while standing over me !!? Refuses to serve me while telling me to stand back...she came out of office like some crazy physio chicken.....had to call a 3rd party to have my goods released and charged $185 storage...highly unprofessional ..service... would never use them.again and she needs some serious anger management counseling

I secured a job here. I never got to start as I fell ill. Seem like friendly people. The on boarding process was smooth and informative. Be a good place to work given the current economic situation.

I went today not knowing what to do as it was my first time to collect my cargo.There was no signage for newbies like me.The only sign I could see was reception.So I went to reception.I went in there was no one there.There was a bell on the counter ... Ring for service.So I rang the bell. Nothing. So I rang it again.Nothing. So I rang it a third time.Then behind me a door opened and in the room there were 2 ladies having a meeting or something.I smiled and was just about to say hello ... But before I had time they closed the door after they both gave me a dirty look .. the look of you are annoying go away ETC.Wow great service..... NOT !!How rudeSomeone did finally help me... She was nice and said I was in the wrong place etc but if you don't know the place there is no signage for newbies.So thumbs down to the 2 angry looking ladies in the officeMaybe they don't like people but if they really think about it if it wasn't for me. The customer they wouldn't have a job at all. !!!Especially in these difficult times.They didn't even manage to say anything to me.Really really really rude.After that everyone was great.I just needed to get this out of my system.Thumbs down to you two ladies in the office having a meeting and giving me a dirty look.Thumbs downYou should be thankful you even have a job and remember without me you don't get paid !!I am the customerI may have looked daggy in my old clothes but I am actually the owner of my import business but now things are tough I am doing the work I used to pay people to do.I am now picking up my own cargo in the truck.Thumbs down.
