From the initial assessment to the completion of the work on an investment property, Lee and the team were extremely professional and thoughtful in their approach. Lee understood the urgency in which the roofing repairs were required, particularly over the Christmas break, and worked in a timely manner (often in uncomfortable conditions due to the high summer temperatures).We found the clear explanation, verbal and written, of the work proposed to address the issue very helpful as were the regular updates, making it easy for me to understand what was to be done and how it was progressing. I can’t say this about other services I employed in the past.The various payment options were also helpful as it was easy to budget and pay for the work while also paying the bills that come during the festive season.The quality of the work as well as the overall service was excellent so we would recommend Scope Building Reports and Consultancy Pty Ltd to anyone. I just wanted to share my thoughts on my experience with Scope Building Reports.I have been looking for a house for well over a year and have completed at least 7 building reports through different companies and by far, the report and customer service recieved by Scope Building Reports is on a completely different level to the competition!!From my initial interactions with Natay trying to book in another property at short notice and then reverting to this one, she has been amazing at keeping me informed every step of the way and instilling a lot of confidence from the outset.
