I've been renting on the Peninsula for over 20years I've never missed a week's rent over 20yearsI have also never had so much trouble with any real estate other thanRAINE AND HORNEWOY WOY AND ETTALONGTHEY ACTUALLY ADVOCATE AND RENT OUT PROPERTIES THAT DO NOT COMPLY WITH TODAY'S BUILDING CODES AND LEAVE THE TENANT TO ORGANIZE TIME SLOTS WITH TRADESMAN EVEN THOUGH IM MENT TO HAVE A PROPERTY MANAGER.MASSIVE THUMBS DOWN TO THIS AGENCYI LOVE LOOKING FORWARD TO MENTION HOW THEY HAVE UNFAIRLY TREATED MYSELF OVER LAST 5 YEARSREGARDS TO HAVING STANDARD REPAIRS DONE ON MY RENTAL PROPERTIES

Pretty unextraordinary service from Sam Keenan, been in my new home 1 1/2 weeks, just realised no one had said congrats on your new home etc.The only time I saw him excited was when he realised and commented out loud that he would get the commission instead of the listing agent.Being in sales I’m probably expecting far too much from a cheaper purchase that I plan to renovate.

Raine & Horne did a great job of selling my grandmothers home. We looked at other real estate agents but went with them as they were professional from the start by giving a price that the property would sell at" and it did

Sadly disappointing experience. Found one good property and was trying to organise an out-of-cycle viewing near Xmas. The weekend before then, we found a property we liked. Called the agent, said we liked it and were thinking of making an offer, provided finance came through, and inspections etc all went well. Contract of sale showed that renovation work hadn't got council approval, and after I flagged that as an issue, they came back with an email saying my offer had been accepted and I should deposit my holding fee in an account!!After letting them know no formal offer had been made, and the lack of approval was an issue, they then gave me incorrect information about a building certificate, when I told them my offer would be lower (but still 10k above their guide range) as a result of the increased risk, they told me the owners wouldn't accept a below market valuation" offer (two valuations I had suggested the bottom of their range was the ideal midpoint)

We've been leasing a property through Raine & Horne Ettalong for about 5 years and have always been impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Amanda and her team. Definitely recommended.

Where do i start ? I have been renting properties on the Central Coast for just over 8 years now and have experienced many different letting agencies. I wont be going any where else from now on ! David Keenan and his team are simply the best! We needed to sell our townhouse in Ettalong Beach during lockdown, scary thought, but made more so due to health issues that required extra care during inspections. David did everything possible to make sure we were protected and that people inspecting the property were informed and comfortable.Our property was only on the market 3 days, David communicated with us throughout each day keeping us informed throughout the whole process. WOW talk about going above and beyond/Professionals professionalsSam and Rhonda what a team assisting with our investment property. Could not believe the ease of the sale.With all the works required from Solicitors, cleaning, painting, plumbing and electricians snap there fingers and were there to assist in preparing to rent out with all works completed within a week.The words old fashion customer service" is what comes to mind when dealing with Sam & Rhonda. Nothing was ever a issue with suggestions recommendations of where to go and who to speak to.
