Chris, at Replay is a champion, and the first person I'd call for any guitar related issues. Has done set-ups on my Gretsch's, and all play wonderfully now. Excellent service, excellent fella.

Chris is a fantastic technician who works to a very high standard. He has done a great job at both setting up and repairing guitars and bass guitars for myself and my students. Recently Chris helped me with a warranty claim as a bass I bought elsewhere had a manufacturing fault. He completes work quickly, communicates clearly, and is really helpful. Highly recommended!

I have a very special guitar built by Ian Noyce in 1981. I've owned this guitar 40 years. It needed a complete overhaul and Ian had retired long ago. Chris of replay guitars restored the guitar fully including fitting new pickups and building a specific neck pickup to match the guitars balance and output. A lot of care went into this job and it shows. Excellent work.

I took in my Martin acoustic for a general service and was impressed by the level of attention and love it was given.It’s clear that Chris is not only a master tech, but very passionate about music and instrument care. Upon pick up, he explained everything that he worked on and answered all of my questions; from the setup and string quality, to the build and maintenance.I felt like I was taking a brand new guitar home, and I don’t remember it sounding quite so amazing as now.So grateful I came across Replay Guitars, will be my new go-to for sure.
