This is a really nice walking place , it has concrete walking paths , dams with many reeds for bird cover , some under cover seating and is surrounded by bush land , lots of birds around to take photo's of , well worth the visit , highly recommended

If you're staying anywhere nearby, the Ploughmans Wetlands provide a lovely spot to walk through (mixture of gravel & fibreboard walkways) and enjoy the sounds of birds & insects doing their thing!There is a small fishing dam that has been created, otherwise the wetlands do a great job of filtering local water runoff, whilst providing a little nature break on the edge of town.

Lovely place to relax and have a stroll and a walk around the area. Alot of work has gone into this wetlands and making it more friendly and accessible to the public.
