Bought an Elantra from Nathan at Directions. Nathan was extremely helpful and was awesome to deal with. We are in Perth and was buying a car for our son in Sydney. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Nathan @ Direction Automotive to anyone looking for a car in Sydney. It is easy to see how they have a 5 star rating.

Nathan is cool person to deal with. Definitely not one of those dealerships that tries to push you into buying a vehicle, while also being very patient. Would definitely go back to buy a vehicle again. 5 stars!

Bought a 2020 Vitara. Really happy with it. Nathan is lovely and helpful. Ordered a small part which came in a week and he fitted it. He made the process really easy and had other contacts for some upgrades I want to do.

My daughter brought her first car from Nathan.I was extremely impressed. He made us feel welcome . Not pushy or trying to talk us into the sale. We picked it up last night . I would definitely recommend Nathan and will go back for our next car.

I completely forgot to do this review but I bought a Mercedes C200 from Dorian about 1 year ago and couldn’t be happier. On the day I spent about 2 hours testing different cars. Dorian was patient and really helpful. The car I bought was and still is perfect and I got it for an excellent price. Thanks Dorian.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. Bought a vehicle recently that they knew had a blown head gasket as Nathan, the person I dealt with, made sure he knew what time I was arriving so he could warm it up first so I wouldn't see steam coming out of the exhaust as I could see by the temperature gauge when I got there. Phoned him the next day after purchase after noticing the problem along with other signs of a head gasket failure and asked if he would buy it back and no was the answer. Then asked for just a thousand dollars a week later and same answer. Also spoke to his business partner Dorian on the phone who wasn't interested at all when I told him what had happened and just said he would pass a message on to Nathan. Was quoted $2500 by two different mechanic shops to replace the gaskets. Lots of good reviews here but here's the other side of these two blokes, no conscience

I bought a used Toyota Rav4 here and so far it has been great.The process to buy it was seamless, we got a lot of good suggestions from Nathan (it was my first car bought in the country), we brought the car to a mechanic to check it afterwards and he found absolutely no issues.

We recently bought a 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander, and Nathan's service was fantastic. He went above and beyond to help us when he didn't need to. The car is in great condition, and at a very fair price compared to others on the market. Would highly recommend and would be happy to buy through Nathan and Direction Automotive again in the future.
