Generally very good service. Except the late courtesy bus. Not happy at turning up late for work when the big boss has called me in for a 9am chat. Got into Brisbane at 9.30 Neither of us are impressed.

Great experience, will definitely always get my new vehicle serviced here. Very customer focussed, offered a loan car and got the service finished ahead of schedule. Thank you!

I sent an agent to have a five year, 50K service on my 2017 Mu X which was to cost $50 recently (I was still overseas at the time). They have deceived her into signing a 4 year, 60K service for a 2018 model and charged appropriately (thirteen times what it was supposed to cost) while taking the six year 60K service page from the service book. A vague mention of the possibility of a small future discount on a service due in two years was their response. That conflicted with the next service reminder sticker. They appear to have little idea of the service schedule for the products they sell. They certainly have no sense of fair business practices based on my dealings. Be very careful if dealing with them, or like me, you will wish you had bought a Toyota!7 Sep update - Thanks for your reply. Your Mr Humber is well aware of the issue. His response unsuitable as detailed. His response to the Office of Fair Trading quite inaccurate and in part insulting. I am just alerting other Isuzu owners of the dodgy and dishonest way your service department operates.

Matt and Josh were both extremely helpful in showing us around Isuzus range. They were extremely upfront about wait times and assured us of all the conditions and made us feel comfortable. They were there to help us make a decision rather than just sell us something to help their sales figures. I highly recommend seeing the Rothwell team, above and beyond customer service. Matt and Bruce at Izuzu were amazing! Great customer service. No BS or mucking around. Nothing was an issue and got us sorted and on the road with a new D-MAX so fast. Had a great experience purchasing a used isuzu from the salesman. Until….. owned the vehicle 5 days when the engine light comes on. After being told i have capped price servicing and roadside assist with isuzu, unfortunately seeing as i needed to use the roadside assistance to have my car towed , i found out myself that my car infact is not eligible for roadside assist nor capped price servicing , as promised. So of course i bring this up with the dealership, and i have had no phone calls back, and no compensation other than being told its a learning curve for their sales staff. Not really good enough in my eyes. Seems the dealership is not honouring their sales agreement nor have the decency to get in contact with me, aside from the fact i have a 5 days old car with an engine light on. Maybe ACCC would be more interested. If the sales department is unaware of the terms of conditions of the vehicles they are selling maybe they shouldnt be promising buyers certain things.

Can’t say enough about the team at Keystar,always helpful,and without them we would be missing out on our trip to Tassie. Thanks for getting us back on the road

Fabulous service. We are absolutely thrilled with the DMAX. Beyond happy. Ben and Matt were fantastic. Highly recommend them.
