Hi all, I am delighted to say that we got our keys to our dream home today. When we first started the build process, just like everyone, we visited all the display homes and spoke to the so called major builders" such as Metricon

I built my home with NUVO Homes recently.I would like to thank Cameron, Matt and their site trades team for their assistance and professionalism with the construction of our first home.The main reason I decided to go with NUVO was access to the entire team including the owner of the group. The journey with Tim and his team was memorable. The communication through out the build process was very good. We solved any issues together to progress the build well before the contract completion date.Although the final chapter is not quite yet complete, we’re really looking forward to being in our own place.

We are so happy we chose Nuvo Homes to build our dream home. We shopped around quite a few builders in South East Queensland for two years before we settled on Nuvo Homes. Jo our design consultant is the best in the business she walked us through every step of designing and choosing what home to build with a smile and plenty of patience. No question too hard and she certainly knows her trade. She passed us into safe hands with Matt our project manager. He is professional, friendly and very responsive to every question and query we throw at him. Our home is still under construction and Matt checks over everything for quality and workmanship. It has been top knotch the whole way. Our family and friends cannot believe how smooth our process has been and how fantastic our house is coming along. We have built before and that process was not great, thankfully I am so glad to say that this time round it has been exciting at every corner. We had a terrible experience with poor Project Management and response to a large range of problems during our insurance period.I would never use NUVO again. Be very careful, and my only advice is to submit your claims to QBCC within the time period if you have issues.Don't let them play Lucy and the football" with you too."

Just completed our build with Nuvo homes and couldn't be happier with the result. Communication was excellent throughout the building process, Nuvo were accommodating and helpful - which really took some of the stress out of building. We had a tricky block and character code to contend with and Nuvo were more than willing to adapt and work within our requirements - I would definitely recommend.

Our house it yet to be completed but so far, VERY GOOD. The team at Nuvo are exceeding our expectations. We look forward to our site visits every time and watching our new home grow. The build is going smoothly and looking to be 3-4 months ahead of time. Nuvo are very flexible and accommodating to our requests and minor changes. We’ve really enjoyed building with Nuvo and looking forward to moving into our new home in a couple of months’ time. Stay tuned for our next review...

I have just built my family home with Nuvo homes. And would like to extend a huge huge thank you to the team, Starting with Jo Brown. No amount of words can explain how amazing she was. She is a design and sales consultant as well as a valuable asset being on the front line for Nuvo Homes. I had a very small block 356 sqm, and there was literally no other builder that was willing to do the work to try and custom fit and design my home on my block. Jo has met with us week after week and answered all our 1 thousand questions. She was always polite, helpful, experienced honest. She always followed up with and email to confirm what we spoke about or agreed upon. Thank you, Jo for going over and above in every aspect. We LOVE our new home.Being a first time designer build home there was sure going to be some hiccups along the way, I had a few run ins with my site supervisor with regards to incorrect items being supplied on site by the supplier, which was cleared up and corrected after confirming with the office and Jo.As for the director Tim Routledge, he is a man of his word, wherever there was doubt or a grey area in the specs or design, he always gave us the benefit of the doubt.If I had to think of some room for improvement for Nuvo Homes, I would suggest that, with regards to owner design builds, Jo the design consultant should work very closely with the site supervisor during the build. I would also advise that you clearly have a good understanding of the cabinetry design terminology, specs and 3d layouts this can be a bit misleading.A huge thank you as well to our electrician Ron, who knows his stuff and gets the job done and has been very accommodating and gave a lot of advice regarding our electrical lay out.All in all we are very happy with the build and the finish product of our new home, and how I know its really good, every visitor that has come to my home cannot firstly believe that such a huge house has fitted on a 356sqm block and secondly they can’t fault a single thing.Thank you Nuvo homes and I look forward to building my next home with you and will recommend anyone who is thinking about building especially on a tight block or something unique and designer, go pay Jo Brown from Nuvo homes a visit and she will definitely help you realise your dream.It’s Better than a Show Home

I cannot be more impressed with how easy it was to deal with Nuvo Homes for my new home.From the outset of meeting with the sales consultant and discussing initial plans to customizing one of their standard designs to incorporate a study and butlers pantry, nothing was too much trouble.Being from interstate much of the pre-planning, customizing and materials/colour selections needed to be done via email and telephone which they were more than happy to accommodate. Once contracts were signed and construction commenced they constantly kept me up to date with the progress of the build via weekly status reports via email which included photographs. They completed construction several months in advance of the contract end date and hand over was completed with only minor defects to be rectified in the following days... Could not be happier!!

Our journey with Nuvo started in late 2018, after a lengthy mission of shopping around trying to find a builder who can handle a draft of such detail and intricacy of a classic french house, whilst also being of fair cost. Nuvo appealed to us as they had agree’d to take the challenge with quite a competitive price. Bill Andrew’s the sale manager was very helpful, patient and supportive through out the usual pre construction phase. Matt Moule the project manager, who as I have gotten to know is a very enthusiastic guy who again took the challenge and has paid very good attention to every minute detail throughout the building process until the day of hand-over. Matt makes himself available at anytime, which was very comforting during times despair, and was able to rectify any problems that arose throughout the build professionally, but also efficiently. Im glad Matt was our Manager as I have come to learn that he is not only professional at his job but also a decent young man.Thanks a lot for all Nuvo team for our beautiful Newport newborn. Every member of my family is ready proud of such beautiful house and its everything we have dreamt of.

We have just finished a building project with Nuvo. This is the first time we have built. From start to finish the process has been clear and well managed. The sales agent Bill was particularly patient and accommodating with our ideas and changes, and kept us on track with the budget and practical side. The site supervisor Joel was approachable and understanding. Any issues which arose we discussed and worked through them together. We are very happy with the end result and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Nuvo Homes team.
