Officeworks Kotara

Easy in and out with knowledgeable staff and a Willingness for assistance. We had time to drowse around, but staff were available when needed. Amazing pen collection that you get to test on pad paper supplied. A nice, novel experience.

I rarely go to the trouble of writing an online review but I had the best experience at Officeworks Kotara recently.After a few tries at the self print kiosk, I was still having difficulty printing a Canva flyer for a charitable fundraiser.A very knowledgeable & pleasant staff member ( I think his name was Paul), came to my rescue. Together we worked out that I had saved my project in the wrong format. (It needed to be a pdf & I had inadvertently saved it as a jpeg).What I found out later was that this staff member had cut his lunch break short just to help me.‘Paul’ was obliging, skilled at his job & got the job done with grace & a minimum of fuss.Thanks so much.

Kotara store: Long hair Jed (there are 2) was very helpful. Many thanks Jed. On the other hand, Lizzie was Unhelpful. More staff on the floor, and better training needed.

The worst customer service. Employee talking over the phone and doesnt care about the job. The girl has done a wrong job and when told that she was like you can find out whats wrong and come back again. I have paid and wasted my time. Thanks to officeworks. I would recommend a local shop.

Unimpressed with customer service this morning. Only customer in the store for a print job and get told to self serve or 24h booked. Nature of print I can’t do self serve. Interesting they could print 12 copies only 2 days ago but today couldn’t even print 1 copy. Staff training is clearly lacking.

Management need to employ more staff! The last few times I’ve been in the wait time just to purchase an item has been ridiculously long. I went in today just to pick up a click and collect and ended up walking out after awhile due to the high volume of customers and the small number of staff on the floor who really didn’t seem to care. I won’t be using OW Kotara again!

Similarly to what other reviewers recommended, I'm avoiding click and collect from this store from now on. I ordered something online to pick up at the store. A week later I received an email informing me that the item is ready for collection. I traveled to the store and waited while staff looked for the item. After 30 minutes, I asked them if they could call me once it was found and left. I didn't hear back so I called a couple days later and asked that they get the item ready for me to pick up a couple of hours later. I went to the store at the time I said I would be there and again waited for 20 minutes before I had to leave for an appointment. I returned to the store a third time, again calling in advance, only to be told that they never had the item in the first place.Genuinely the worst customer service I've experienced in a while.

We went to Kotara Officeworks to have some illustrations copied and a few resized. We were unsure exactly how this would work, but our sales assistant was a lady names Lizzie and she went above and beyond to check we got the prints exactly how we liked them.Honestly it was really refreshing to have staff really care and put so much time and effort into helping you achieve the result you were after.

I would strongly recommend that you don't use click and collect. When purchasing the store said the product was available, which switched to over a week expected delivery after the purchase.I understand this might have been an error which I was fine with, especially being boxing day. But to cancel the order you need to call customer service, which would tell you every operator was busy currently and hang up.I left it a few days and managed to get through to customer service, who then told me I would have to wait for the order to arrive before it can be cancelled. I had also called another Officeworks in the area who actually had stock of the item I was after, but I wasn't allowed to go and pick it up from that store instead. They suggested I purchased it in the other store and then cancelled in the Kotara store where I ordered.I decided I would just leave it and pick it up when it was available (if I had ordered the free delivery option I would already have it, I only opted for click and collect so I could get it same day).Now every morning, the day that it says it's going to be ready for pickup gets pushed back.I have no issues with things being out of stock, but when a business uses tactics like this to ensure sales it's a bit ridiculous.

Okay store but average for the Officeworks standard. Disabled parking onsite and has disabled access. Trolleys are provides. Lots of staff on hand. A little difficult to pull into the entrance. This store prints photos and has photocopying onsite. The store has office furniture as well as stationary. Mobile phones are sold here as well as laptop computers, monitors and iPads. The do have a very good range of technology.
