Jumbos Playland

Old, dirty, broken!Slides that are filthy, cracked and don't slide. The mat on the trampoline is loose and not springy... a mattress would give better bounce than the trampoline. Many of the toys and play things are broken or have missing pieces. Inflatable slide patched together with what looks like flubber.Jumbos boasts that they are the largest indoor play centre on the Mid North Coast (NSW). If so, then the others must be tiny! At$13.90 (weekend price for 2-10 y/o) it is also way over priced!Unsupervised kids picking on and pushing smaller children around, even punching them. They also do not seem to enforce their 'no socks, no play' policy.Pros - air conditioning and plenty of seating and tables for parents. Though tables rarely get cleaned. Left over food everywhere.

We've moved to Port a year ago.I have 1 and 2 years baby and this place is just perfect! I THINK they should get more goos reviews. They are clean, great staff, kids enjoyed a lot. Im so glad port macquarie has this kinds of kids area.

Disappointed that I went to jumbos with my 3 daughters today, jumbos was there first choice of amusement parks and as my eldest daughter just turned 11 years old 2 months ago I was instructed that she was not to go onto the inflatable slide due to her age, if I lied and said she was 10 then the operator said it would be fine as they wouldn't know, considering my daughter was visably upset (crying) it may had been nice if an effort was made through a supervisor/owner to resolve the issue. As all 10 and 11 year olds are of different heights and weights some discretion would be nice in this situation as we turned away and went to kids crazy maze. If kids that are 11 years of age and older and aren't to go onto the inflatable slide they should not be charging the same rate as kids that are 10 years of age and under when the older kids can't use the same equipment.

Having a sign on your door saying no outside food allowed is fine but when you have 6 hungry kids and ordering food and being told there is no cheese then no beef patties then no meat for nachos is pretty disappointing. Not a good way to run a business. If your menu was massive then I could understand. But to have 6 items on your menu and not have ingredients for most of them is pretty sad.

Such a great place to bring the kiddies for some fun indoor play!I’ve brought my 10 month old here a few times now and he loves it.The staff are so lovely and the food is good! (those coconut and apricot bliss balls are heaven!)

Staff are great, the centre itself is awesome. As far as out of school care goes they are the best in town.Great child safety with heaps of seperate areas to keep older kids away from the little ones.Our kids love jumbos

I take my girls to jumbos almost once a week, it's a great place to keeps the kids busy playing while I get some study done, the ladies who work here are absolutely lovely, pepper is always so happy and welcoming, always has a smile. My kids love jumbos and are so excited for the meet and greets during the holidays. Great job girls

Thanks for such a great day! I thought our bub might be too little to enjoy it here but he had the best time, and probably only explored 3/4 of the place. A nice surprise was the food was actually really good too! Well done on providing such a fabulous experience for families, I'm so happy we made the drive up.

I took my 17 month old here and caught up with some friends for coffee. He was occupied for the 2 hours we were there. Great coffee and yummy cake. Great treat for kids!
