Very friendly and easy to deal with. Very responsive to requested changes along the building process unlike my experience with volume builders.Build was completed on time with after care performed better than expected.Having also experienced volume builder companies, having a sole builder also meant that there was direct communication on matters rather than going through a number of hoops to get small changes/adjustments made.
