Thank you for all your help. My cat loves his new travel basket. This is the second one I've purchased at your store and the best. He requests to sleep in it most of the time and doesn't get scared and run and hide when I pull this one out (because he thinks it's vet time).Lovely staff at this store who helped me to find it.

Brilliant service. I only wanted a few connections for a storage unit I have and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my order. Even sourcing items that the manufacturer doesn't normally provide but had in the warehouse. Howards Storage Leichhardt will definitely be my first port of call for future needs.

Been a customer for too many years to count despite so many cheaper and more convenient options. Today I picked up a $5 umbrella to purchase from a $5 only bin brought it to the register to be told that the tag is wrong it’s $18.95. Treated like I brought the $5 tag from home and stuck it on. No apology. No selling it to me for the advertised price. Disgusting customer experience and you’ve lost this customer and anyone I can influence. Shame on you.
