I have been going here for a while now and find them very caring friendly people and I would recommend them to anyone who needs someone to talk to.

Receptionist (boss's daughter?) is extremely rude, snarky, and guilt trips patients. Horrid phone experience.Didn't feel like I made enough meaningful progress in 3 sessions. At the end Laura thought I was totally fine - have now seen a different psych clinic to begin more practical therapy as opposed to (mostly) just talking.

Wouldn’t recommend not professional had me on loud speaker and could barely hear her. Session was very rushed definitely not going back. Definitely requires more work experience as she was new not healthy for clients with mental health

Karen Heseltine seen my husband and I must say she broke him. No compassion, a rude horrible woman. Would not recommend her to anyone. She does more harm than good... Beware

Should had read reviews before wasting 12 months of my life definitelyreflect the pratice, dangerous practice just out for money grabs, don't read your file, tell you things that aren't true use covid as excuse and taking consideration of what they should offer definitely should be shut down

So far not happy. As freaked out as i already am for a first appoiment, I can't find anything. This place dosnt even have their own web page nor can i find anything on what therapists are at the center or what they do and treat best. No review for the place nothing.

Karen was recommended to me as a psychologist. During our first session she told me that she was straight forward and to the point and if I didn't like that then I should find another psychologist. However as I like straight shooting people I thought great, and continued with the session. During the session which was about helping with pain management we went through my treatment. On explaining to Karen the treatment my physiotherapist was giving me she threw out there that basically his treatment was useless and not based in science. Over 3 years I had seen many physiotherapists and this physio in particular did an amazing job at keeping me moving and helping me cope with the pain associated with my injury. The treatment was most definitely based in science and proven as a therapy, acupuncture having been carried out for over 2000 years and now taught as part of modern medicine to trained physicians. Being a a psychologist I found it highly unprofessional that she would comment on the treatment another professional, in a field she had not studied in. At that moment all trust was lost and in fact I never went back to see this woman. At the end of the day I simply found her rude and ignorant, wrapping her ignorant opinions up as professional straight shooting...i think not.
