I was so disappointed with my service today. At $120 for a lash lift and tint, you would expect amazing results (this is the same price as one of the most well known brow/lash salons in Australia). Sadly, my lashes still had blonde tips and the lift was barely noticable. After walking out dissatisfied but too nervous to say anything, I worked up the courage to go back and ask if that was how it was supposed to look" and I was waved off and told that the "tint never works as well after the lift solution is applied". My daughter had a belly button piercing done here over summer which went really well and she had no issues with it afterwards. While she was on holiday last week the ring broke and she had to remove it and by the time she got home she couldn’t get another ring back in. The girls at essential beauty were great in helping her get another ring in, they were more than happy to help out and eased her mind as she was stressed about having to start from scratch again. Really nice staff and very, very helpful, thank you.

got my septum done twice at essential, first by the owner of the store and then by another lady. the owner didn't properly look for my sweet spot (where is should be pierced) and rushed through it, didn't tell me when she was putting the needle through which gave me a huge shock it was super painful as it was pierced where it shouldn't be. it was down extremely low and really painful, and it was on a diagonal angle, not straight through. she rushed my piercing and seemed to not care.second time got it re-pierced by a lady named Brooke and it was so much better, she walked me through it, spent time actually checking for the sweet spot and gave me warning for the needle, and it was done properly and looked so much better, recommend asking for her if you're going in for a septum i was really happy with it after.

Brooke is rude as and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I will not be ever coming back to Frankston. Brooke was stating that she could see who I had been booked with previously and I’m sure she could see what I was charged as well. I think it needs to be clarified as bottom of legs and tshirt arms is not a full body tan. Brooke is the only one and I have had it done numerous times charged for a full body and to be so rude about it I thought I was talking to a toddler. I do this for a bit of relaxation for myself thanks Brooke for turning it into an awful experience.
