I have shopped at Strandbags for over 20 years. I have always found their stock to be great quality at a reasonable price.When I went into Standbags at Hornsby, my experience took on a whole new level. I had the pleasure of dealing with three of the amazing staff members there, mainly Hayley, while I spent over a week looking for the perfect bag. Their product knowledge was second to none, and their customer service will have me continuing to use this location, even though it is not closest to my home.Thank you so much to the Hornsby team for finding and ordering in my perfect bag, all the way out in Orange!

Pathetic customer service by lady. We bought 4 purses and wanted to choose 6 more but lady asked to pay for first four bags as she was busy with another customer. She just pushed to pay First. I complained to manager she did say she will advise her staff.Served by - JT2915 as per the invoice receipt.

This never happens: I went in to exchange a wallet recently thinking that its been too long and they'll say no like everyone else does. But instead I was greeted warmly, helped quickly and efficiently by staff members who really knew their products and offered a refund for the price difference! Very helpful service and staff. Lots of help selecting items for Christmas shopping. Stock a bit low so couldn't get doubles of some items. Overall very happy with my shopping experience. Very welcoming and good location.
