Spanish Connect

Kyra's stories made it much easier to associate verbs with context and introduced multiple people and places. Each person and place had its own story that built each week to add numbers, animals and colours, as well as actions. The conversational nature of the story also made it easier to talk to another person in Spanish and understand the conversation. I would certainly recommend the stories.

An excellent course in our opinion. Our 7 year old has 1:1 lessons with Kyra who is extremely knowledgable, patient and kind. She also tries really hard to make the content completely relevant to the child eg, our little boy loves Avengers so the Spanish stories they created used those characters. Absolute value for money too. We've just started on the online course and loving it after our first day, so flexible and a very clever delivery with many modes to keep the child interested. Couldn't recommend Spanish Connect more highly.

Kyra is an excellent Spanish teacher. The online classes are incredibly engaging and fun. My daughter does Spanish for Kids and I've done Spanish for Mums as well as private lessons. Because it's conversation based, rather than written, my brain works harder and I learn more. Kyra also has a great sense of humour which helps me relax and not feel self-conscious. My daughter also look forward to her classes each week. Even though her Dad is a native Spanish speaker, it's the Spanish Connect classes that have really boosted her language skills.

My daughter is doing the classes for about a year.I can see how much she has learnt and at the same time enjoying the lessons.I highly recommend Spanish Connect. Kyra, the teacher is really really good.

From the beginning to the end of the course I found it interesting and after each session knowing a little more Spanish.I hope to continue with Kyra as she was informative and also she made it lots of fun to learn.

I love my classes with Kyra. They are different to the other Spanish language classes I have done. Hers is an immersion into story telling. A genius way to keep you entertained whilst learning/speaking Spanish.I highly recommend her classes! You definitely won’t regret it.

My daughter had an amazing time learning through Spanish Connect. The style of teaching using a story made learning Spanish enganging and fun for her. Not to mention the amount of growth and improvement I saw within only ten lessons. After every lesson she'd come and tell me how much she loved the lesson and what she'd learnt this time, so if anyone's looking to learn Spanish I'd highly recommend learning with Spanish Connect.

My daughter had been to a number of Spanish classes and schools from the age of 7. She never felt confident enough to speak it or use it with me or her family, she dreaded going.She now looks forward to her Spanish classes with Spanish connect and loves using Spanish around the house. They are a great team of professionals and are honest and very helpful.

Kyra is a fabulous Spanish teacher. She keeps the children engaged and progresses the lessons seamlessly with great content, games and interaction.Our boys joined 6 months ago. They started with the play based classes and now do the storytelling classes. They can now read and understand a full page Spanish story created in class. It is kept simple for their reading levels so it's not daunting or difficult which keeps them engaged. I was apprehensive about zoom lessons but now I love it as do the kids. We are no longer bound by our location or sniffle and classes are done in the comfort of our home while I cook dinner.Our boys 6 & 8 really enjoy the lessons. If I ask them would they prefer another sport or just not do it, they say no way

My daughter has been learning from Kyra for more than a year and I have to say it was amazing seeing her progress, she is exciting about every new word she learned. I don't think she can enjoy Spanish so much without Kyra, who is absolutely passionate, supportive and professional!
