Even though a vet wasn’t available due to other emergencies, the quality of care my pup received during our routine visit was 10/10. Everything from the online booking system to minding my girl for an hour after our visit as we live out of town. And as we are new to FNQ it was discovered that my girl needed an additional vaccine when they thoroughly checked her records (even though you were super busy!) Thanks team, I felt like you really looked after us!

They guys at CSVC are awesome, have looked after my dogs a couple of times and made sure they were comfortable and happy. Cannot fault their service, the boarding facilities are fantastic if you need your animals looked after for a few hours or the day.

Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t take your animals here.Every time we go to the practice it’s never the same vet. Each appointment I have to go through the dog’s entire history. This is not good when you have a dog with chronic conditions requiring special care. Management of the dogs chronic conditions were not considered. No one at this vet practice actually understood or cared about the needs of my dog. Money driven practice. They refuse to treat animals if they don’t have blood tests and get their teeth done. Absolutely appalling and extremely disappointed at the care I received here.
