Taste of Paradise
As a hobby roaster, I can definitely say they know what they're doing with their beans. I dont think I'm exaggerating when I say I can taste their level of precision in dialing a roast that's both intense but not bitter, bright citrus but not overpowering.Will recommend friends here, and come here from time to time for inspiration.
