Great service for a 7 eleven. Fuel always a good price. Staff are friendly and responsive. Seems to be a family business

Disgraceful money grabbing fuel station. 186.9 for fuel. The most i hav ever paid in my life. never again going there and I am a local. In fact, I realise now it is ALWAYS the most expensive service station. they will tell youo they are in line with others pricing but not so. I went 4 km's further and only paid 156.9

Put in over $50 of RON 98 fuel, which was contaminated with water, leading to a misfiring when pressing the gas. The cost to fix the car is going to be pricey, with a full drain and clean out.In a large metro area pre Christmas, this is unacceptable and dangerous to sell sub par fuel. I’ve made it a point to all my motoring mates never to buy from these thieves ever again.

The staff at the counter was very rude , abusive and insulting . went to fill the fuel today , the owner / 7 eleven should give training to educate staff to be polite . Brand image should be kept in mind while dealing with the customers .

[ UPDATE - They're open 24 hours at the front window so you can ask the staff member to go to the fridges. UPDATE 2 - The black coffee price increased from $1 to $2. If it goes up to $3 then I'll stop going there. Plus the coffee is quite good however not great " such as single origin coffee from the best geographic locations

One of the best fuel station, very friendly staff, they help me last time when my car broke down even though the store was very busy, they provided me tools to fix my car, very quick service and always greets and ready to help the customers. cheers!!! I visit this store when ever I drive towards New castle... One of the best thing what I like is that these guys always promotes their product and offers.. which I really appreciate, and it also save money in combo deal.. specifically lunch time deal..

Easy access, great service. 4 flavours on the slushy machine and a decent selection of food and drink.

I have been patronizing this 7-Eleven for almost 3 months, sometimes going in the morning before Uni or in the evening after Uni. I did not have any problems at first until I noticed one of the workers following me for no apparent reason every time I came in the store. Of course this made me very uncomfortable, but it was only one worker so I did not make it any issue. However, on Wednesday August 29, I purchased a lighter from the store and the worker who follows me asked me for id although I do not appear in any way to be a minor. Furthermore, there is no law in Australia restricting the sale of lighters to minors like there is restricting the sale of tobacco to minors. Despite this I showed her my id and asked her why she wanted to see my id she said i do not know" and shrugged her shoulders and after looking at my id and realizing that I was an American
