Poor service and unresponsive to my voice and text messages for several weeks.If I wanted to spend my weekends transporting my garden clippings to the dump I wouldn’t have bothered arranging a regular service with this company.Now, I fully understand that people become unwell but how difficult is it to send a simple text alerting customers of this? It is 2022 after all.Very unprofessional.

Bag Boy Bill has never been less than awesome!We've been using this service for quite some time now, and have always experienced great communication and service, as well as finding them to be really friendly people from our very first contact when we were shopping around for the best deal! They let us know well ahead of time when they would be around to collect so that we were ready, which is great when you want to do a bit of a last-minute garden tidy!Through the dreaded COVID times when Jody & Elesha could barely move, they let us know they'd be unavailable until recovered and apologised for any inconvenience - which is seriously minimal compared to the inconvenience that the virus caused for them! They provide this service at a very reasonable rate, and any period of illness takes every cent of that income away for them - so it was extremely disappointing to see some of the unfair backlash they also had to face at the same time! Health comes first, and in my book, they did a great job to let us know what was going on as soon as they were physically able to do so!We didn't always need a collection, and found that to be simple to deal with - a simple text to say we'd need to skip this one, and thankfully we never experienced the heavy-handed we're taking it away then" that some other providers go with

I have been a customer of this business for 17+ years and through several changes in ownership. All past operators provided a reliable, friendly and efficient service.Initially, these attributes applied to the current operators, Elisha and Jody. However, in the past 9 months the level of service reliability has fallen dramatically, as has the timeliness of telephone and email enquiry responses.Staff resourcing, scheduling mistakes, truck reliability and/or equipment fitment issues with Hino, flooding events and the ubiquitous Covid -19 have all been cited as contributing factors to business stress and service promise failures.I get that and have made allowances but at some point it remains that a service business must - if it is to compete in the market space - provide the service/s contracted for.Reluctantly, I have engaged another provider (20 years in the business) on the recommendation of long term satisfied customers.A little advice. An A-grade motor mechanic who buys the profitable garage business of his former employer but rather than engaging a good mechanic to replace himself in the workshop continues to spend his days in the pit fixing cars instead of concentrating his efforts of growing the customer base, enhancing the business reputation , looking to develop other revenue generating opportunities and reducing overheads, will soon be the proprietor of a failed business.Working hard hands-on, very long hours 7 days a week will only lead to exhaustion, accidents or other health issues leaving no time to manage the business.

Spoke to him on Thursday and sent a text straight after with details. Waited 24 hrs and followed up. Replied to follow up and said they would deliver Saturday. Waited on Saturday and no one showed up. Sent a follow up text following Monday and Wednesday and no reply. Will find someone more reliable.

I used this business last year 2018 for approximately 3 mths. During my time with them. I found that the staff are very approachable when needing information. The only reason why I have stopped using them is my rental lease was up & now live in units. If I move again, I will certainly be giving them a call. The service of this company is amazing. I highly recommend. Not only were they open super early so I could call before work, they were so helpful, went above and beyond to help us out and are reasonably priced. Thank you so much! I have been waiting for your competitors to call me back for 4 weeks!!!! You guys are amazing!

Reply to owner's reply: (Nobody is trying to destroy your business, Sir. You are doing it yourself. It is interesting that you promptly respond to negative feedback on Google, but you are somehow unable to respond to a simple question when you are going to do your collection. I don't think it is unreasonable when you are paid three collections in advance. You can not use excuses for ever. It is not only now. I would even understand WHATEVER your excuse was, I just simply wanted to know when you are collecting. But you seem to be unreachable, by any means, and it has been happening for many months now. And to collect your frame, well you need to turn up first, don't you? It is a shame that one needs to give you a negative feedback to see if you are still out there.)Previous review: Unfortunately, it looks like this business is really ‘done’ now. I fully agree with the latest comments below and can vouch for them. It is completely unreliable service now, and all the excuses will not change it. Our last collection was about month late, with no replies, just turned up one day. I had the chance to talk to the gentleman that day, and yes I did get the same excuses. Now three months later, once again our collection is four weeks overdue, and I can not get even a reply. What is such service good for? We all have challenges in our lives, and we have to deal with them. Completely ignoring long times customers, while still happy to take their money in advance, leads you nowhere good. It is a real shame, because they really were once really really good. But it is a long long time ago.

Bill and Alison have been helping to look after my garden with their excellent service for many years. They don't complain when my bag is heavy and full of thorns! They are reliable and cheap.....and darn nice people as well. I can recommend them highly, by far the best garden bag service I've ever had. Give them a call!!

Alison and Bill have often got a message from me after I have an impromptu yard tidy and they have always been able to help me out, even outside of my regular pickups. Good honest reliable service is hard to find these days so thanks guys, really appreciate it.

I've sent an online enquiry, Iv'e called, I've sent text messages, even my sister has tried to call, text, email and message through Facebook. Clearly this company doesn't want to be successful. Don't waste your time....the won't contact you.
