I am a renter and I had an issue to my apartment caused by a water leak from the apartment above mine. My managing agent, Vincent Lum, was both attentive and responsive.Vincent worked to ensure that the issue was resolved as quickly and with as little inconvenience as possible.Many real estate agents seem to only care about the landlord and their interests. This was not the case with Vincent, at all. He took over the entire process from start to finish and kept me informed the entire time. I could not recommend his, and IEC's service more.A very deserved 5 star rating. Thank you, Vincent and team. You do a great job.Nick

One of your inspections was cancelled earlier this month but I wasn't notified and had to wait on the spot for a while before calling the agent. After I said it would've been nice if I was notified beforehand instead of being ghosted, the agent simply said ok" and expected me to hang up by staying silent.Hopefully this isn't the norm within your agency

Vincent has been an amazing help in soo many different ways. His skills are very diverse; he is professional, respectful, considerate, and empathetic. I have been asking him many many questions and he has remained patient and very helpful to me during my process of moving rental properties.
