The worst warehousing bussiness I ever worked for.Would have to be the worst most unreliable in the country.They don't care customers, EMPLOYERS, truck drivers.They don't know what they are doing from the top down.

Absolutely appalling customer service. For the last week I have had to call 5 times to try and get some info on a fridge that I purchased almost a month ago that has been with the driver" for over 2 weeks. Every time they say they'll look into it and call me back but they haven't called me once."

Well for starters..At the interview they will sell you this big story on how they have regular bbq's and they give out bunnings vouchers but no-one has ever recieved a bunnings voucher and there is a bbq there with about 5 years worth of dust on it you would never wanna eat anything that ever came of it i can garauntee you that they just try and dress it up to make the place sound good and they value there workers but they dont everyone gets treated like garbage and apparently in this day and age taking home (laughs) $20.00ph is good money that apparently you can live off.Your being underpaid just short of $25.00ph as a casual and your expected to be a jack of all trades with heavy lifting in sheds that reach over 45 deg celcius in summer and if your not a yes man they will ride your case and give you a hard time.And the toolbox meetings is always the same,,Aww Aww you blokes i see you standing around asking questions your useless i will sack the lot of ya your all useless your nothing i will get rid of the lot ya your garbage all of ya's..Great motivation it really makes you feel so worthwhile about you putting your time and effort into a company that pays peanuts and your treated like trash..Hmm im kinda lost as to why they loose atleast a bare minimum of a dozen people everyear what a mystery as to why no-one wants to stay hmm.Remember what all companies say in this day and age?..Safety is the number 1 priority,Well not in this place ive seen it personally with my own eyes on atleast 3 occasions people bring up valid safety requests and that afternoon there given the,Aww its a bit quiet now we dont need you anymore and your out the gate thats it with a simple phone call from the agency.This place is just anouther dumping ground for poor unsuspecting casuals who dont know whats coming there way and then there.The theres the classic people your expected to work with down there they have got it all,High school dropouts,drug addicts,gangsta wannabe's.And people who think there gonna be the next hip-hop superstar.Management is useless you wont last long if your not a yes man if you wanna stand your ground your done out of a job that simple.The only heavy lifting management do is a few dozen cups of coffee everyday they have no real idea what work is.Its a tough life when all you do is sit in the a/c drink coffee and whinge all day..If you ever get offered a job here dont take it the pay is rubbish and you cant live off it and the old fart who runs the show is about 10 years past his retirement and overdue for the old folks home to see if he can make it to the toilet on time,But thats how it goes for the wannabe losers known as..Rocket logistics

Misleading and Fake ClaimI was advised by a JB HiFi expert in their Oxley store to purchase EFM Screen Armour for Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra which it turned out to be a wrong advice. Despite what EFM claims on the package, their product is not fingerprint compatible. So, I suggest don’t waste your money and time on this unless you don’t mind entering your password for every app!
