Overpriced - Waste of Time!!!First Time visiting this salon, upon arrival we were told they could complete both pedicures required and a Manicure with Japanese Gel. We were not informed that in order to have a foot soak like a normal pedicure, that it is a more premium payment in order to include this. At end of Pedicure of one person, we were then told that they could not complete other pedicure and manicure due to bookings, this was 40min after first sitting down.Service should be no stars!!!

I'm not somebody who normally leaves reviews but I have to in this case. I would definitely recommend avoiding this place to any future potential clients. I'm not convinced these ladies are trained beauty therapists or nail technicians. Using a groupon, I had a shellac pedicure that took nearly 2 hours (takes approx 30 mins elsewhere) and my toe is bleeding from where it was incorrectly cut. It is a dry pedicure with just shaping and polish. She kept having to redo my toes to fix her mistakes. Is not a proper professional set up. Avoid if you can.

Do Not Go to this place!! They waste your time and money! I used them for eyelash lift and end up having too short and curly inward and few burned lashes! Everything but not lifted at all! My lashes are too much longer if I use normal mascara! Too short and curly now cannot even use mascara, makes my eyes too small!! They used wrong size and put material long time which caused it! I Asked them to fix or atleast refund me to show they are sorry or care but nothing! Simply ignored me!! They do not know their job, they are not trained beauty people, just after your money and damage the treatment area!!

The ladies were very lovely, love my manicure. My manicure was very well done. I got a nick on my index finger though.The spa pedicure is a little bit disappointing since I expected more scrubbing on my legs and they used a bucket that wasn't properly cleaned (I saw hair that wasn't mine floating around).

I have been here many times for highly relaxing facials. Fuyuki is very skilled at providing wonderful facials complete with relaxing face massage.

Not a place for a Pedicure!! The nail technician didn't ask what shape or length I wanted but started cutting my nails very short and kept filing while I was focusing on the manicure with the other nail technician. Went in with beautiful squre shaped full nails and came out with very short nails and ugly feet! When I told her that I wasn't happy she simply said Let it grow and then you can get the shape you want".Manicure was good.However I would give 5 stars for the facial. Perfect job done!!"
